CHAPTER 40

"Manik you're scaring us now? Tell me what it is."

Asked Priya.

"Navya is PREGNANT!!"

Said Manik.

Everyone was shocked would be an understatement. They just kept on looking at Manik.

"Manik... Are you even listening to yourself? What are you saying? This can't be true.. Navya.."

Said Nandini and started crying

While Priya didn't say a word and lost her consciousness.

Aman picked up Priya and put her on her bed while Nandini sprinkled a few water droplets.

"Dii please get up... Dii what happened to you... Please get up dii."

Said Nandini and was constantly crying.

Whereas Manik immediately called up the doctor.

"She is in a state of shock. Something has shocked her that's why she lost consciousness. Please make sure to keep her calm. Getting hyper and knowing anything shocking won't do any good to her."

Said the doctor.

Since the time Priya was unconscious Aman was sitting beside her, he didn't even move a bit. He kept on holding her hand. Didn't say a word but kept on looking at her with teary eyes.

"Doctor is she fine? When will she wake up?"

Asked Manik.

"Don't worry. She's fine. I have injected a medicine she'll wake up soon. Within 6 hours. But try to keep a positive environment around her."

Said the doctor and left.

"Priya please get up.."

Said Aman lovingly although he had tears in his eyes.

A few hours passed by and everyone sat in Priya's room only. None of them left her even for a second.

A few hours later Priya finally woke up with tears in her eyes...

"Aman.."

whispered Priya.

"Priya.."

Said, Aman

And everyone came around her...

"Dii are you fine? You scared us... I was so scared I thought I'll lose you too.."

Said Nandini and cried.

"Never... I won't leave you ever... But angel... Navya... Navya is pregnant... What we will do now? Aman.. my Navya.."

Said Priya.

"Priya relax.. just calm down... We will fix this ok... Nothing will happen to Navya. But you have to stay strong... Your Navya needs you right now... You can't cry like this. You have to be strong for her... So calm down... A lot of things need to be done and you can't execute them like this. You remember you always told me that your Ishima too faced a lot of difficulties but she never fell weak and being her daughter how can you?"

Said Aman.

Hearing Aman's motivating words Priya instantly calmed down and Aman hugged her getting the hint that the duo needed some time alone everyone retired to their respective rooms.

Manik and Nandini were going towards their room.

"Won't you ask anything?"

Asked Manik.

"I knew this. Something like this will be revealed."

Said Nandini.

"What? You knew it.. but how? Then why you didn't tell me.."
