HEALING EACH OTHER

Chapter ~ 25 ~ BROKEN BEYOND REPAIR

NEXT DAY
Since everyone slept quite late at night, so all of them were sleeping. But Manik he woke up late and on seeing that how he was sleeping beside Nandini he realised Priya must have come to see them at night and he lightly smiled at the fact that how much Priya cares for them but then his smile fades within a second when the truth hit him, that what will happen when he will tell Priya about how Nandini is? How broken she is all over again. She will break down herself. He was again hurt and for a second he had this thought that why Priya cares so much but then clearing all the negativity he got up caressed Nandini's hair lightly and went outside and was sitting in the sofa in the hall.

MANIK'S POV
I seriously don't know that how will I tell Priya the truth. Priya is no less than Nandini, I know she is strong but deep down Nandini is her weakness, she is seeing Nandini in this broken state since an year almost but then she was getting normal but now again she's back to square one but this time more broken and vulnerable. How will Priya even handle all this? I wish I could hide, but sadly I can't. I have to tell them. They have to know, to be there for Nandini. 

While Manik was lost in his tholughts, Priya got up and came out of her room and she saw Manik sitting alone on the sofa and was lost in his own world. She went to and sat beside him.

"Manik, you okay?"
asked Priya

On suddenly feeling someone on his side he was surprised but then he saw Priya and her smiling face and he instantly felt bad for her because he knew soon this smiling face will fade away.

"Priya, I need to tell you guys something very important."
said Manik

"What happened Manik? Is everything okay? Tell me what happened?"
asked Priya.

"Priya, I want everyone to be there, so please call everyone except Nandini, let her sleep as much as she wants and just call everyone."
said Manik

"Manik kya hua hai?"
asked Priya worriedly

"Priya do you trust me?"
asked Manik

"Yes I do Manik."
said Priya.

"Then do as I say. I'll tell you everything, just get everyone."
said Manik

And soon Priya woke everyone and within few minutes everyone was sitting with Manik. But Manik was not able to speak anything. He was trying to gather some courage.

"Manik ek toh tune hum sab ko subah subah utha diya. And now you're not even saying anything. You're now scaring us okay."
said Cabeer.

"Guys whatever I'm going to tell just listen carefully. And don't interrupt me in between. Just hear me out."
said Manik

And saying this he held Priya's hand and told them everything whatever happened yesterday at the party and at the house, while Manik telling everything to them, everyone was shocked and had tears in their eyes. They didn't knew what to say, everyone was aware of what Nandini has been through in the past and now this betrayal would have broken her way too much, to the extent they couldn't even imagine. Everyone was crying but the worst was with Priya , she didn't knew how to react or what to say. Priya was in a state of shock, she was just sitting quietly. Seeing her everyone cried even more. 

But then Manik took the charge, sat infront of Priya on his knees. He held her palms and gently pressed them in assurance so that she can feel comfortable and say something.

"Priyu."
Manik said lovingly

And that was it for Priya she broke and hugged Manik tightly. Manik too hugged her tight and sat beside her and let her cry her heart out. For a fact he knew if Nandini was in pain then Priya was in pain too.
