HEALING EACH OTHER

Chapter 27 ~ THE PAST MEMORIES.!

As soon as everyone reached soon, Cabeer ordered food for everyone, as they all were very tired to cook anything right now. Soon everyone settled down, changed into their  comfortable dress, and soon their ordered food also arrived. Everyone had their silently and soon departed to their respective rooms. 

Cabeer and Manik as soon as they reached their room. Cabeer couldn't stop himself from asking Manik about Nandini. Because no matter what relation Manik and Nandini had, in these days Cabeer had developed a bond with Nandini that he was concerned about Nandini and then seeing her so vulnerable broke his heart too.

"How is Nandini? I mean is she okay now?"
asked Cabeer

"Yeah she is somewhat."
said Manik dejectedly.

"Manik, I know you can't see her like this so vulnerable. But she needs you, this time don't hurt her. Stay with her, because who can understand her inner turmoils and her pain."
said Cabeer

"I know Cabeer. But she's way too hurt. Way much we can see or I can feel. The hurt is much much deeper. She's not only hurted, she's been ruined by the ones she loved. And you know Cabeer the worst thing we can do to someone? It is to ruin them. Aneesha and Arjun have done the same, they have ruined her brutally, for being loving, for caring, fir being vocal about her feelings, for always trying to be there for her loved ones, for loving them. They have criticized her most precious traits of loving and caring. They have made her feel that how wrong all these things are, how her virtues are her flaws, and there's nothing in her to appreciate. They have ruined her innocence and her pure love. And it hass led her to not to believe in love and this is how you ruin someone.
said Manik

"I could see that Manik, in your eyes, in her eyes. You don't need to explain me. And don't worry I'm always with you."
said Cabeer

"I know. But I am scared Cabeer, scared to be close to her. Cabeer TRUST is the base of every relationship. No matter what relationship you share, Trust connects it all. And once our trust is broken it is very difficult to build back and heal it all over again and healing a person whose trust is broken is the most difficult thing to do. Only a right person can heal your trust. A wrong one no matter how right his intentions are will only break it again and again. What if I'm the wrong person for her with the right intentions? I don't want to break her Cabeer. This thing scares me the most.
said Manik

And saying this a drop of tear made it's way through Manik's eyes and he instantly hugged Cabeer. No matter how much Manik and Cabeer mocked each other, made fun of each other, but the fact can't be denied that they always had each other's back. One was always there for the other one when needed. 

"Manik, trust yourself, not for yourself but for Nandini. No one can be more right for Nandini more than you."
said Cabeer

And the within few minutes Cabeer slept. But Manik terribly failed to sleep and he was continuously thinking about Nandini.

MANIK'S POV

Sometimes we pretend to stay strong.. but we are NOT!

It is very easy to heal and treat the physical injuries because they are visible to our eyes. People are very sympathetic, doctors, hospital, physiotherapy and what not. They prioritize the things we need. But what about the emotional trauma, pain of losing someone, heartbreak, which a person goes through. These are also scars, but these scars are visible to none but that doesn't mean it's not hurting us. It hurts like f*ck. It f*cking hurts like hell. Sometimes a person is alright in front of us and we can't see the pain they're going through every moment as they breathe. Because pain can only be felt. Pain demands to be felt not to be seen. And healing requires help whether it's physical injury or its' emotional pain. And to ask for help requires a lot of courage. 
Emotional Abuse is the worst thing to be done with an innocent soul because you can heal broken bones but not broken heart!!
