Millie took in a deep breath, a wide smile over her face as she looked across the empty dining room of her and Fred's new house. The excitement of having her own home with the man she loved had been buzzing through her for months, and now that fantasy was finally coming true.
"Love, come here!" she heard Fred's muffled voice call from the living room.
She walked a little ways until she reached the living room and her smile grew. On the mantel to their fireplace, Fred had placed a framed photo. It was the two of them around 13 years old on the Quidditch Pitch; they'd just won their first match of the year and Fred was lifting Millie over his shoulder repeatedly as the photo moved, the crowd and their other teammates cheering hazily in the background.
"It's perfect," Millie stated, wrapping her arms around Fred's waist as she reached him. "I didn't even know that photo existed,"
"That and tens of other's we can hang up," he squeezed her. "Now, let's start unpacking,"
Their friends and family soon arrived to help move beds and chairs and tables and boxes, laying everything out and unpacking as they went. The dining room had dark wood tables and chairs, all accented with the deep maroon of their couch in the living room and the comforter on their king sized bed. Everything looked gorgeously coherent when the bases were all set up. All that was left to unpack by the end of the long day was more detailed decor, kitchen supplies, and their personal belongings that they'd packed in bags.
"I'll be back tomorrow with lunch," Molly rambled as everyone who'd come to help made their way out the door. "And maybe dinner too. I could bring food for the two of you for the next week or so if you-"
"Mum," George chuckled. "Let them breath a bit. They can feed themselves,"
"Oh, alright," she pouted before pulling the both of them in for a tight hug, kissing their cheeks, and leaving with everybody else.
Millie felt Fred's arms wrap around her waist as the door closed, leaving them alone. He kissed her cheek and she leaned back against his chest, an unwavering smile on her face.
"Alone at last," she said giggling, turning to face her fiancé as the both of them were flooded with excitement and happiness.
"About time," he smirked back at her. "Finally finished the first step,"
"The first step to what?" Millie asked, wrapping her arms around his neck.
"To forever with you," he said, leaning down and kissing her deeply, his arms wrapping tighter around her waist.
She kissed him back, pulling him longingly into her body. It wasn't long before they were overcome with yearning for one another. It had been a long time since they'd had an entire house to themselves, and neither of them could hold back any longer. Fred gripped her thighs, effortlessly lifting her up.
Her legs wrapped around his waist as he carried her into the kitchen. He placed her on the counter, instantly pulling her shirt off over her head. She did the same to him, kissing his neck as he rubbed his hands up and down her thighs. Millie sighed against Fred's skin as his fingers grazed her clit through multiple layers of clothes. She was practically quaking with desire as she desperately began to pull off her jeans.
