You deserve to know what love is, Part Two

"The Hospital?!" Mikey said feeling his heart sink to his stomach. Upon hearing this, Donnie and Leo quickly made there way over to the door.
"W-why, what happened?"

"Look- I-It's a long story" Casey hesitated. "But right now we need to get to Raph. He's still in danger! Mona's with him in the ambulance and quiet frankly I don't trust her".

Mikey's jaw clenched. "Let's go" he growled. Leo grabbed his keys and they headed out to his car.

Raph was in a hospital room when he finally started to wake. Mona walked up to him as soon as she saw his eyes open.

"Mona?" He whispered. "Where..Where am I?"

"Shhhh, you're at the hospital love. Casey...he um...he threw you down the stairs outside my apartment and you hit your head. I'm so sorry love. I told you he was bad news".

Ralph stared up at her as his memories came flooding back to him. But it wasn't the same story she was telling him. "No.." he said in a hoarse voice. "I remember...YOU pushed me down those steps after Casey told me that he-"

"Oh, honey!" Mona inturupted and pet his hair. He would have pulled away if he could. Everything hurt too much. "You obviously hit your head pretty hard. Your memory is all messed up! The doctors said this might happen. But don't you worry. Everything's going to be fine".

Ralph shook his head. "N-no...You're lying. Get away from me!"

Mona took a step back with a surprised look. "Raph...how dare you acuse me of such a thing! I should rip your IV out just to teach you a lesson!"

"YOU'RE NOT GOING TO LAY A FINGER ON HIM YOU BITCH!" Mikey shouted. "GET AWAY FROM MY BROTHER!" He started to march over to her but Leo held him back. Mona gasped and backed away.

"N-no! You've got it all wrong! I would never hurt him!" Mona shouted back. "He's lying!"

"Don't bother Mona" Donnie said glaring at her. Casey then appeared behind him. Monas eyes widened like a child who had gotten caught opening their Christmas presents early when she saw him. "Casey told us everything on the drive over".

Flash back...

"What's all this about Casey?" Ralph asked. They were standing just outside Mona's apartment. Casey had asked him to meet outside so he could tell him something. "Can you be quick please? Mona is waiting for me and-"

"I love you" Casey blurted out.

Raph blinked. "You...you what?"

"I know it doesn't mean anything given you and Mona are a thing.." Casey continued. "But...you deserved to know. I've had feelings for you for so long now" he lightly chuckled to himself before his smile faded. "I can't stop thinking about you. I worry about you. I've noticed you've been acting differently lately". He took ahold of Ralphs hands. "It hurts seeing someone I love fall apart in front of my eyes".

"Casey...I..."

"I KNEW IT!" Mona cried out from behind them after swinging the door open. YOU ARE CHEATING ON ME!"

"Mona, please this is just a misunderstanding!" Casey said desperate to cool her fuse.

"Its not what it looks like!" Raph added.
