To Announce a DLC (December 6, 2018)

Game Awards 2018...

Pre-Show...

A group of gaming icons are waiting nervously near the front..."Suited" up for the occasion...

Mario: *Phew!* So...how do I look?

Link: You're looking fine. So...you finally going to tell us who your surprise pick is?

Kirby: No...then it wouldn't be a surprise!

Pikachu: Fair enough...any other announcements?

Mario: Well...

It was then, from behind Mario, a pair of familiar looking figures emerged.

Mickey: Hey there, Big M!

Mario: Hey there, other Big M! So you got everything set up on your end?

Mickey: Every thing is ready and accounted for! Hi there Kirby!

Kirby: Hi Mickey!

Link: Okay...I know he explained this to us...but this is still slightly surreal...

Pikachu: Is it because he's a mouse?...because...I'm right here...

Link: No...it's because...well...WE COME FROM TWO DIFFERENT WORLDS!

Mickey: Huh?

Mario: What was that just now, Link?

Link: Nothing, nothing...so then...Mr. Mouse...you've brought an announcement for us?

Mickey: In a way. It's technically from one of my subsidiaries, but I still have to be here to oversee it. Plus another one of my subsidiaries is nominated for some awards, so I figured I should be there for that.

Sonic:...and I'm here both because of that and because "everyone is here", so to say.

Mario: Right! Well hope to see you both later. For now, we should get in there and see what happens involving the show.

Kirby: Exactly, we should go see what this Greg guy is saying.

Pikachu: You have to admit, it's really impressive this show he has set up here.

Link: I wonder who he REALLY is though...

The six then enter the theater properly as the Pre-Show is just wrapping up and this "Greg" is getting ready for the main show which requires Mario to head backstage...although he also need to head backstage for an extra reason.

Mario: Okay then...we're all set then everything is in place and...

*CLANK!* *CREAK...*

Mario: Ah! There's our special guest! Better get the voice changer ready.

Akira has now entered the theater, now in his Phantom Thief outfit, still confused as to why he was there entirely.

Joker: Okay...I'm here mysterious men...what do you want me to do?

Mario then begins speaking to Joker, while keeping hidden in the shadows, through the same voice changer that he was using before in the videos.

Mario (Disguised): Ah yes, there you are Mr. Amamiya, there is much to discuss with you, but that will all come much later.
For now, we have set up a room for you to wait in back here.

Joker: Wait! You still haven't explained to me who you are?

Mario (Disguised): Like I said, it will come in due time. Now your room is down the hall and to the left. Just wait there until we tell you it's time.
