After everyone settles in they then all gather in a meeting room where the Smashlord is standing proudly on top of a table. All the fighters then gather round the table, each taking a seat.
Smashlord: Ahhhhhh! So everyone is truly here! Then I suppose I should finally reveal what we're calling this edition of the tournament then.
On the wall behind the fighters, a banner is then rolled down revealing a name...

The meeting room is then filled with several whispers of fighters discussing the name and what it all means, before the Smashlord lord clears his throat with a mighty...
Smashlord: AHEM!
...and everyone turns their attention back towards him as he points back up at the wall and a second banner begins to roll out. This time of all the fighters.

Smashlord: That's right! Every fighter in this tournament's history will be joining this time. Absolutely everyone even if they were only in one beforehand...
Young Link: He's referring to us, Pichu!
Smashlord:...or if they were DLC.
Fighters #60-63 turn to each other and nod.
Smashlord: I believed that's what not only all of you, but also our players wanted. So we decided to make the impossible possible!
Everyone then gives the Smashlord a round of applause with him taking several bows in response before putting his hands up so he could speak again.
Smashlord: Now then, its been a little while since last time. We've all grown and all changed at least a little. So, let's talk about that. Does anyone have any changes they've made that they'd like to talk about?
The fighters then look amongst themselves before Mario climbs up on the table.
Mario: I suppose I should state that I'm still about the same as I always have been, but I did bring along an extra little something...or should I say someone this time...*He then looks around, not noticing (or pehaps simply not acknowledging) the eyes that have formed on his cap, revealing itself to be Cappy.* I also have brought along some new outfits this time from some of my most recent titles.
