Smash Bros stories because I couldn't think of a better name

The Big Day (Part 3) (June 12th, 2018)

It is now officially the day of Nintendo's E3 2018 Direct and after a rough start, things are now going well...
We now see the presentation happening within a separate office in the building with Mario and Kirby presenting as they usually do, with several fighters gathered around watching...

Mario:...and that's why we added back in Amiibo support.

Kirby: Good story there Mario. Anyways that's all the time we got, but we do have a message from the Smashlord himself here to read. So, let's finally open this.

Mario: Allow me. *He then opens the letter as Kirby puts on a pair of reading glasses.*

Kirby: Dearest fighters and players...

*SWOOSH!*

As Kirby begins to read, a huge shadow is then spotted outside the building by Samus. Before she can point it out, Kirby continues and she decides to shrug it off.

Kirby:...we hope that you are excited as I and I'm sure many of our fighters are as well...

*SWOOSH!*

Another noise is heard from outside. This time Samus decides to investigate what it could be, suiting up before heading outside. Mega Man notices her and follows.

Mega Man: Hey Samus! Why're you...

Samus: Shhhhh!

Mega Man: Oh! Uhhhhh...why're leaving during the best part?

Samus: I saw something outside. It could be serious.

Mega Man: Hmmm...well, I don't mind helping you with this...thing...whatever it is.

Samus: Thanks Mega. Just be careful.

Mega Man: Thanks for the concern. The last thing I need is a hole in my chest.

Back inside...

Kirby:...now we made the inclusion of every single previous fighter our number one goal...

Back outside...

*SWOOSH!*

A huge shadow is spotted by both Samus and Mega Man. They both raise their arm canons towards it.

Mega Man: Okay, I saw it this time.

Samus: See what I meant? Did you catch a glimpse of whatever it was?

Mega Man: I was able to see it a little more clearly...

Inside...

Kirby:...so I was kind of hoping you weren't expecting too many new challengers.

Everyone in the office looks around, a little disappointed.

Kirby: However...

Everyone then perks up.

Outside...

Samus: Alright let's...wait...what did it look like exactly?

Mega Man: Well, it was very large and thin.

Kirby:...we do have one more announcement...

Mega Man:...it had a long head and shiny looking teeth from an angle...

Kirby:...now we are aware of many requests for many characters...

Mega Man:....it looked like it had yellow eyes and wings so large that they blacked out the sun for a moment.
