Chapter 4

Your POV

"Look, I could tell Helltaker and have him bring you to the police" She said, smiled and looked into my eyes, I quickly turned my gaze to the ground. Shit, I have to get out of here before they call them. "But-"

I turned and ran down the stairs without thinking, Zdrada starts yelling at me to come back. This is all only getting worse, I have my leg hurt and I don't even have a plan.

I went to the corridor where my escape route was but when I was about to enter I realized there was Judgement. I instantly backed away and lay with my back against the doorframe.

To my surprise, no one is paying attention to me so hopefully I could turn into something without anyone noticing. Why not turn into a mouse? I would go unnoticed... or so I hope.

Again, my hair begins to be shorter and my skin is covered by a layer of hair, my ears begin to disappear so that later others begin to grow, and all while I get smaller and smaller.

I enter into the hallway and walk as close as I can to the wall. She still doesn't seem to notice, am I really going to be able to get out? Then, I hear a series of footsteps. I'm sure those footsteps are of Zdrada. Shit, she's already looking for me.

The steps stop for a few seconds and are heard again, now being closer and closer to where I am, which makes my pace accelerate. Zdrada enters the room and looks everywhere. "Hey Judgement, have you seen the girl?"

"Has she run away!?" She screams. Wait, I feel like something is wrong. I feel strange, weak, vulnerable... And a terrible pain runs through my body, a pain so... familiar.

When I took a few more steps I realized that I could only hear the sound of the TV in the distance.

If Judgement and Zdrada have already left then it would be normal, but I didn't hear their footsteps when they left. I decided to look where they should be but then I found them staring at me.

Their puzzled looks make me pale. What happened? I'm just a mouse, I don't think it was the first time they've seen one and they've surely seen things more horrible than this.

I guess to make sure that my transformation continues well nothing will happen. I try to move my tail but I can't feel it... Strange... I decide to look down at my arms but-

Wait....... T-these are human arms!
