You don't know the new me. I put my broken pieces back together - I'm better, stronger and different than the person you once knew.

Taehyung's POV

While I was waiting on the sofa for Amy to come out after putting MinJun to sleep, my phone vibrated with an incoming call from Jimin.

"Jimin ah!!" I whisper-yelled excitedly.

"Did you meet Amy?" He was curious.

"I've moved in with Amy and MinJun," I announced proudly, letting my body sink back into the sofa.

"What the...??? How? You met her this morning only, right? Did she accept so easily?" Jimin was stunned, his words coming out faster and louder than usual.

"Our love is stronger than you know, Jiminie," I chuckled softly, running a hand through my hair.

He was shocked and speechless for a moment.
"Wow..." he exclaimed. "But this is unbelievable. I'm so happy for you, Taehyungie. You could've done this years ago. But don't rush things, okay? Take it slow and let her feel comfortable having you around," he said cautiously, almost sounding like a protective brother to Amy.

"I will, Jimin. Thank you for all your help, buddy. This wouldn't have been possible without you. I don't know how I'm going to pay you back," I thanked him genuinely.

"Treat her and MinJun well and live happily. That's all you need to do to pay me back," he said, and I hummed in agreement.

"I will, Jimin. I promise.Thank you once again," I said softly, my eyes glancing over at Amy's bedroom door from time to time to see if she was coming out for dinner.

We spoke for a bit and then ended the call.

I checked the time, and it was almost 10 pm, and Amy hadn't yet come out for dinner. So, I decided to step into her bedroom and check on her.

The room door was half open, and the lights were on. I quietly walked into the room and saw that MinJun had slept and Amy had slept along with him. I looked at them. They were so adorable together.

I belong here too.

MinJun's face was squished on Amy's shoulder and his hands were tightly wrapped around her chest. His leg was thrown on her too.

That's how I used to snuggle up, junior.
Is she lying comfortably?

Moving closer to the bed, I bent down and carefully moved his limbs away from Amy's body, and he rolled over to the other side and continued sleeping. However, Amy didn't flinch. She was sleeping like the dead.

I stood next to the bed and admired her beautiful sleeping face. I so missed the days I woke up next to her, our days at Jeju and every single moment I spent with her.

She shuffled a bit in bed, and her T-shirt rolled up a bit, revealing her stomach. There were lots of pregnancy stretchmarks all over her stomach, around her bellybutton and all the way up to her waist.

The last time I saw, she had just one, and I kissed the first little striation.

Very gently, I pulled down her T-shirt to cover her stomach and sat at the edge of the bed, right next to her.

I touched her arm, which once had a bandage and sling, and bent in and whispered in her ear,
"Amy, wake up..."

I sat back up, but she didn't move. She was in a deep slumber.

I whispered again,
"Amy..." and I lightly blew on her ear lobe, my hand still resting on hers.

Amy's eyelids flew open, and she turned her head to look at me. She was terrified seeing me there suddenly, and she sat up with a jolt. Fortunately, she didn't scream in terror or head butt me when she bolted up.
