Everyone looked to Marionette. He looked a bit baffled. "I-I...you-" he kept trying to speak but couldn't find words. Gold nodded.

"Yes....thats right ," he said half to himself. "I do recall the boy with the black hair who drew rings around his wrists....and how he cried more than the girl did."

Marionette casted a glance at Chica. He whispered something to himself and looked back at Gold. "You cant take her. I promised him I'd protect her."

By now I was a bit confused. He must have been talking about the children...but I thought Marionette wasn't completely a child. It seemed like he only acted like one whenever the music box ran out....the music box!
I knew exactly what would happen next.

"If you want to keep Balloon Boy and the two humans alive, I suggest you give me the boy."

Marionette closed his eyes. After a while he opened them. "Ok....follow me."

I think it was curiousity that made us tag along. We probably could have left, and would have been fine, yet we followed, leaving Chica in the camera room.

Marionette stopped by his music box and put a hand on the lid. Then he sighed.

Mike spoke up. "What, is this a magic trick?" He asked.

Marionette shrugged. "In a way." He grabbed the handle and forced it forward until the lid popped open.

Jeremy checked his watch and I saw the time. 5:50 A.M. This had to be quick.

A shiny metal head bursted from the box suddenly. A bare endoskeleton shakily rose from the chest.

Of all the events that night, the following were the most confusing for us all.

The endoskeleton stopped when it saw Golden Freddy. It's eyes widened.

"Well then," he said in a scratchy, sarcastic voice. "To what do I owe the pleasure?"

Marionette sighed. "I need him," he said. "You're not important."

The endoskeleton frowned. "Not important? Why! If I hadn't been disturbed then maybe, just maybe your stupid resteraunt wouldn't be dying!"

Marionette reached in and grabbed something. While he was searching, the endoskeleton spoke to Golden Freddy.

"You know I don't get it. I was a good anamatronic. I wasn't the bad guy! The one who ripped me out was. Yet I get locked up every day for his crimes. Quite small in that box with so much in there. The puppet, strings, presents, the body..."

I looked up. "What did you say?" I asked.

Golden Freddy shot me a relieved look but I didn't give him a look at all.

"The body, you know. The boy. The wanderer."

Marionette stood and gestured to the box. Golden Freddy smiled. "Great. Now the real fun begins."

Suddenly Mike jumped. "Oh my- what the- what is that smell!?"

Jeremy took a breath. "I don't smell anything." He took another breath then broke into a fit of coughing and making gross noises.

Gold smiled again. "No worries, soon it wi be gone."

He grabbed a bag from Marionette that I didn't notice before.

It is very obvious what was inside. The fifth child. Marionette's child.

Gold waved his hand dramatically. "Ok then. You're friend is in the storage room. But I'm afraid you'll have to get him tomorrow."

Suddenly the chimes rang through the building.

For what seemed like the hundredth time, Gold smiled. Then he did his favorite trick of mine and vanished.
