I watched Foxy burst into a run. Chica shot us a look and followed.  I looked back at Mike. "What are you doing here?" I said. "I thought you stayed out today because of headaches."

Mike laughed. "Look guys, this is the worst job ever. And there's three reasons why. Low pay, danger,  and you don't get any time off."

He shrugged and raced after Foxy.

When we got to the office I couldn't see Jeremy anywhere.  Chica was slumped against the wall, eyes black. She had been turned off.

That meant...Foxy was the only one who could have saved Jeremy.

"Go away!" A muffled voice yelled.

I almost laughed.  Carefully I moved over to the desk and looked under it. Jeremy was huddled in a ball with the Freddy Mask on. He jumped when he saw me.

"Don't worry Jeremy," Endo said. "It's safe now."

Jeremy slowly took the mask off.

    "Safe?" He said. "Safe!?"

"As long as I'm in this stupid place,  Ill never be safe!" He said throwing the mask aside. He crawled out and stood.

Mike looked stunned at his sudden anger. We all were. He was usually calm and shy. Mike was the one to explode.

Bonnie started to speak but Jeremy held up his hand.

"I never said I didn't like it," he said. We all exchanged uneasy glances.

Mike chuckled and rolled his eyes.

      "Oh my," Gold's voice said.

Fury filled me and I looked up to see  him standing in the doorway.

"I can't believe you all came right where I wanted you. Now we have the trash heap, the old anamatronics,  and the puppet." He grinned and pulled out a small piece of rubber.  It was a balloon.

"You shouldn't let a child wander around. He might get hurt."

Marionette's eyes widened. "BB!" He gasped. "What have you done to him?"

Golden Freddy shrugged.  "I simply removed him.  You might see him again...depending on how the cards are played."

Endo shot me a frightened glance. "What do you mean?" Freddy said.  Gold flexed his wrist.

"You all have a limited amount of days left. I plan on making them the most interesting days of our....what...memory systems?" He said with a joking smile that made me want to unscrew his head.

"Anyways, the best way to make this interesting is for you to give me him. Enough said?" He looked around. Bonnie stared at the floor. Gold stopped when he saw his guilty look. "Good. Now....who has the one who wandered off?"
