I woke up to the the sun shining through brightly. I sat up and instantly felt a headache.
I plopped back down onto the bed and laid back down whining in pain.
God I wish I didn't drink that much. I can't even remember what happened after I danced a bit.

I search my memories and sit up in shock as the memory of Stacey making out with Bruce resurfaced in my mind.
I wasn't even that drunk then but I must've forgotten it with all that had happened later.

I run my hands over my face until I see someone emerge from my bathroom.
I notice Bucky walking out shirtless with a towel wrapped around low at his waist.

I just sit there with wide eyes as he notices me awake.

"Hey, sorry I didn't mean to intrude I just- I saw Natasha in the hall and well..I didn't want her to see me in here and tell Tony so you guys could argue before he leaves. You wouldn't want to leave it like that. Also..I needed a shower,"he says sheepishly.

"No it's fine. Why are you here though?"

"You don't remember last night?" He asks with a smirk making me question what the hell happened.

"No...we didn't...um..do anything. Right?"

"Oh no no," he says quickly shaking his head. "I would never do something like that, especially if you're drunk."

"Okay," I say sighing. "I'm sorry it's just that you normally hate the idea of me staying in your room when you're having a nightmare so I have no idea why you would be here."

"I get it," he says smiling. I'm glad he doesn't think it's weird I'm asking but I can't remember much and he really doesn't like when we stay together at night so I would think there was a reason for him staying here and I'm just glad it wasn't my initial thought.

He comes and sits next to me still wrapped in a towel being cautious it doesn't slip. "You were drunk and asked me to stay with you."

I did? That does sound like something I would do but with Bucky?

"I did?"

"Yep," he says with his lips forming a line.

"Well why did you stay?" I ask wondering why he would consider staying with someone who is about to puke which isn't pretty to watch. As well as risking getting caught in here and getting possibly kicked out.

"I didn't want you to be alone and sick."

"You could've just left the trash can next to my bed in case I got sick."

"Then what kind of friend would I be?"

"A pretty helpful one."

"Well...I just wanted to make sure," he says smiling patting my leg.

"Thanks. I'm glad you stayed," I said honestly. It is nice to know he cared enough to stay beside me.

"No problem darling," he says standing up.
"Well I'm going to head out to change cause I did not bring any clothes," he says chuckling; opening the door.

"I can see that," I say with a chuckle.

"See ya," he says about to close the door.

"Wait!"

"Yeah?"

"Do you know when Tony is leaving?"

"I think in like an hour?"

"Oh, alright thanks."

He didn't respond but he nodded with a smile before leaving and closing the door.
