Ashton's first Birthday
Part 2/2
After a while of playing on the inflatables, they headed back to the private party room, and started with Cake and present.
They sat Ashton in the big birthday chair. "Let's sing happy birthday, and have cake." Miranda said. They all sang happy birthday to Ashton. Miranda put his smash cake in front of him, he grabbed the cake. "Is it good, sweet boy?" Taylor asked. Ashton grabbed more, and laughed while he put it in his mouth. "I think he likes it." Miranda said. "I think so too." Taylor said. They handed out cake and enjoyed a piece themselves. "Happy birthday, sweet boy." Miranda said, giving him a kiss.
After cake, they opened presents with Ashton. "Here you open this one, with him." Miranda said. "Okay." Taylor said. Taylor helped Ashton open the box, inside was a shirt that said " I'm so cute mom & dad did it again" Taylor was confused at first "No way!" Taylor said , realizing what it meant. "You're pregnant?" Taylor asked. "Yes!" Miranda said. "No way!" Taylor said, giving her a hug. "Yes!" Miranda said. "Congratulations!" Kara said. "Thank you." Miranda said. Taylor handed Ashton to Kara. "You're pregnant!" Taylor said, excited. "Yes!" Miranda said. "Wow! This is crazy! We're going to be parents of two under two." Taylor said. "Yeah, we are." Miranda said, giving him a kiss. "Congratulations!!" Everyone yelled. "Thank you!" Taylor and Miranda said. Taylor took Ashton back from Kara, "sweet boy, you're gonna be a big brother." Taylor said. "There's a baby in mama's belly." Miranda said, with a laugh.
After about 20 minutes,
Jesse and Taylor took Ashton to play on the inflatables for a few minutes before they all left, and headed home.
In the car~
Taylor put his hand on her leg, and rubbed his thumb on her thigh. "You're pregnant!"
Taylor said, still very excited. "Yeah uh." Miranda said, with the biggest smile. "Wow! I can't believe this! Pinch me, am I dreaming?" Taylor asked. "No, you're not dreaming." Miranda said.
They got home and Ashton was sleeping, and Taylor carried him upstairs and put him in his crib and went back downstairs and got some water, and started to think. "I think it's a girl." Taylor said, randomly, speaking his thoughts. "What?" Miranda asked. "Oh nothing." Taylor said. "No, babe, I just didn't hear you." Miranda said, from the couch. "I was just speaking my thoughts, and said I think it's a girl." Taylor said. "Me too!" Miranda said. "I can't wait!" Taylor said. "I knew you were going to be so excited." Miranda said. "I'm so excited." Taylor said, sitting next to her on the couch, giving her a kiss.
Surprise! They're having another baby!
