Miranda and Taylor took the weekend and went to Wisconsin to meet with a German Shepard breeder. They left the kids at home with Taylor's mom. They were picking up their dog, to surprise the kids. Once they arrived they went inside, and were welcomed by Olivia. They met the sweet, well-trained mama, Nala. Olivia then handed a sweet German Shepard puppy to Miranda, and she instantly fell in love. "Babe, I love her." Miranda said, kissing her head, and sitting on the floor with her. After visiting for a little while, they paid, and were back on the road with their puppy. They made a stop at a pet store to get a few things for their puppy, and they went home. Taylor went inside and gathered the kids, and took them to the car, where Miranda was standing outside of the car. "We got you all a present to share." Miranda said. "Were you good kids?" Taylor asked. "Yes, sir." Addy and Ashton said. "We got you a Xbox." Miranda said. "Really?" Addy said. "Look." Miranda said. Both kids looked into the SVU, "oh my God! What the fuck?" Addy said, and started crying happy tears, and backed away. "Hey! Language!" Taylor said, firmly. "It's a puppy." Addy said. "Can I get it out?" Ashton asked? "Yes, sir." Miranda said. Ashton gently grabbed the puppy from the car, and Addy walked back over and started petting her. They went inside, and the twins Abbie and Alex walked to them, Ashton sat on the floor with the puppy, and they all gathered around petting the puppy. "What should we name her?" Miranda asked. "Oakley." Addilyn said. "Yeah, Oakley." Ashton agreed. "I like it." Miranda said.
They played with Oakley for the rest of the night, welcoming her into their family.
