It's been 5 years, Ashton is 20, Addy is 17, and the twins are 11.
Ashton just recently married his long-term girlfriend, Riley. Roughly 2 months ago, Riley gave birth to a healthy baby girl, Charlotte Abigail. Taylor and Miranda absolutely love being grandparents, they spoil little Charlotte with toys, baby clothes, and anything else Ashton and Riley need for her. Addy, Abby, and Alex love being aunts and uncle, they are always the first to agree to babysitting Charlotte.
Addy is graduating highschool, in just 5 months, and is planning to backpack in Europe with her boyfriend, of 2 years, Max. While backpacking in Europe, she will take her Gap year, then go to college to become a 2nd grade teacher.
Abby and Alex are about to finish up their 6th grade school year in 5 months. Abby is really focused on cheerleading, she is the flyer at her school. Alex is into football, and plays on the team at his school.
Taylor and Miranda are so proud of their 4 children, and they love to see all the growth they have been making, and the life choices they make.
Ashton, Riley, and baby Charlotte were over at Ashton's family's house visiting for a few hours. "Let me see that baby." Miranda said, after washing her hands and putting them out for Charlotte. "Take her, mom." Ashton said, handing her the baby. "Hi, grandma's sweet precious grand-baby." Miranda greeted, and Charlotte gave her a little grin. Miranda kissed her head, and sat on the couch, next to Taylor. He put her hand on her back, then kissed her head. Abby walked downstairs, "Riley!" Abby said, she loved her sister-in-law. "Hi, sweetheart." Riley said. "Do you want to come upstairs and do makeup together?" Abby asked. "Sure, I'd love that!" Riley said, " I'll be up in a second." Riley said, and Abby went back upstairs to her room. Riley gave Ashton a quick kiss, and went upstairs.
(2) Abby sat at her vanity, waiting for Riley.
Riley knocked on her door, "Come in." Abby said, and Riley walked in, and sat on the bed. Abby basically kidnapped Riley for hours, and did each other's makeup. Riley didn't have any siblings growing up, so she really enjoyed the quality time with her little sister-in-law.
Meanwhile, downstairs, Ashton stood up, "I'm going to go see what my little brother is doing, and see my sister." Aston said, "You got the baby, mom?" Ashton asked. "Yes, sir, go on." Miranda said. Ashton went to Alex's room, and knocked, "Come in." Alex said, and Ashton walked into the room. "Hi, little bro." Ashton said. "What are you doing here?" Alex asked. "Seeing my parents and siblings?" Ashton said, confused why he was being questioned. "Oh cool, get out, I'm playing video games." Alex said, not taking his eyes off his TV screen. "Okay, rude." Ashton said, and left his room, and walked to Addy's room.
(3) Her bedroom door was open, so he knocked, "hey sis." Ashton said. "Hi, Ashton." Addy said, "Is Riley and Charlotte here?" Addy asked. "Yes, ma'am." Ashton said, the next thing he knew Addy ran past him, and downstairs. "Oh, Charlotte, Auntie Addy is here, you want auntie Addy to hold you?" Addy asked, in her baby voice, "yes you do, yes you do." Addy said, again in her baby voice. She quickly washed her hands, and sat next to Miranda, basically taking Charlotte from Miranda. "Hi auntie's favorite little baby." Addy said, in her baby voice.
" I don't matter anymore." Ashton joked. "Yeah, yeah." Addy said, looking down at Charlotte.
The family ordered Pizza for dinner, and watched the Lion king. Once the pizza arrived they all gathered around the table, and ate up. After dinner, and talking for roughly 30 minutes, Ashton and his family said 'bye' to his parents and younger siblings and left.
(4) Addy kept bugging Taylor so he picked her up, threw her over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes and ran around the house with her. "Put me down." Addy yelled. "Leave me alone." Taylor laughed. "Okay, okay!" Addy said, giggling. "What?" Taylor asked. "Yes, sir. Yes, sir." Addy laughed, and Taylor put her down.
Overall the family chilled for the rest of the day, it's crazy how they went from having infertility to having 4 almost adult children, and a granddaughter. The Kinney family lived happily ever after. THE END
