Miranda and Taylor liked to follow the 2/2/2 relationship rule; date night every 2 weeks, weekend getaway every 2 months, and a vacation for a week every 2 years.
It's been 2 months since their last weekend getaway, they are taking the weekend and flying to California to see their friends Johnny and his wife Kelly. Taylor's mom Pamela is going to stay with Addy and Ashton, from Friday evening to Sunday night.
They said "bye" to the kids, thanked Pam, and drove to the airport. 4 hours later they were picked up from the airport. "Kelly, can you please pull the car over? I'm going to vomit." Miranda asked, sitting in the back with Taylor. Kelly pulled the car over, Miranda got out, stepped into the grass, and vomited. Taylor got out, walked to her, rested his hand on her back, and pulled her hair back. "You alright?" Taylor asked. "Yeah, I'm alright. I think I just got car sick." Miranda said. "You good, Miranda?" Johnny yelled out the window. "Yeah, sorry." Miranda said, getting back in the car. She rested her head on Taylor's shoulder, looking out the window.
Later that evening, Taylor and Miranda found themselves in Johnny and Kelly's bathroom taking a pregnancy test. "Anything yet?" Kelly asked, as her and Johnny waited outside of the bathroom. "Still peeing." Taylor laughed. "Yeah, like 20 seconds ago when you asked, babe." Johnny joked. "Shut up." Kelly said. Miranda set the pregnancy test on the counter. Taylor opened the bathroom door, Kelly and Johnny gathered around. They waited about 3 minutes and Miranda checked the rest. "We're Pregnant!" She smiled, hugging Taylor. He carefully picked her up, and gave her a kiss. "Congratulations you two." Johnny said. "Thank you." They both said.
