The set medic checked him over, till the first responders arrived. They put him on oxygen and put him in the ambulance. "He's my husband, I'm coming with you." Miranda said. " Let's go." The medic said, and Miranda hopped in the back, grabbing Taylor's hand. " It's okay, baby. I'm right here." Miranda said, kissing his hand. The rushed him to the ER, and rushed him inside. " 40 year-old, Male, Taylor Kinney, fell off a ladder, unconscious." The medic said, as they rushed him into a room, and moved him to a bed. "Thank you." The doctor said, and the medics left. Miranda stood back out of their way. " Are you his wife?" The doctor asked, looking at Miranda. " Yes, Miranda Kinney- Mayo." Miranda said. " I am going to take your husband for a MRI scan, and go from there." The doctor said, " You can wait in the waiting room for now." The doctor said, and Miranda nodded. A nurse put her hand on her back and showed her to the waiting room, where Miranda sat with her hands in her knees and waited. The nurses took Talor for an MRI scan and put him back in his room. They let Miranda go back to the room, and she sat in the chair next him, holding his hand, looking at the ground. Taylor woke up, "W- what happened?" Taylor asked, clearing his throat. "Babe!" Miranda said, looking up at him, " You fell off the ladder on set." Miranda said. kissing his head, gently. A few hours passed and the doctor walked into the room, " So glad to see you awake, Mr. Kinney. Good news, your fall didn't cause any brain bleeds, but you do have a nice concussion." The doctor said. "So he's going to be fine?" Miranda asked. "Yes, hes going to be fine in a few weeks." The doctor said. "Thank goodness." Miranda said. " You aren't getting rid of me just yet." Taylor said, with a laugh, that's when Miranda knew he was going to be fine. " Making jokes already?" Miranda asked, and Taylor nodded.
Taylor was released from the hospital and they went home after picking the kids up from school and daycare.
