"The Mustafas originated from the northern part of Angola, Luremo in Lunda Norte. Near Cuango river which separated Malanje from Saurimo."

Yesterday was sapping and my legs nearly died with fatigue due to the heels I wore. We came back really late. Along the road back home, Ashton wouldn't even look at me. We exchanged a few words and that was it. I can tell he's infuriated by my sudden disappearance. I mean, I came back safe. Why is he mad?

I go through the histories of my new family. I'm about to go bath, but Yara slowly walked into the room.

"Hey Sis. My cerebrum isn't functioning anymore. I did something dumb last night?"

She pouts and my laughter bubbles up as she complained about her previous night.

"Yara Mustafa, what did you do?"
I ask ready to bust in fits of laughter.

"Andrew asked me out on a date few days back-"

"That's a great thing!"
I yelped closing the book.

"No no. Night, I kissed him first. He was taking too long, so, I just made the first move. He wouldn't want to go on a second date with me now."

I look at her for a few seconds before losing it. I roll on the bed laughing not at her words but my imagination. I know Andre is the good guy in the picture but the shyness bubbled my laughter up even more.

"I'm sorry- I can't help it."

"You're worse than Ashton."
She says and I laugh again.

"Okay I'm sorry. I'm not laughing at you. You feel bad but Andre feels terrible wherever he is."

"You think he'd want to go out with me again? "

"Certain. Look, Andre will beat himself up the whole week for being shy on his first date. He'd want to make it up for it. "

"So he doesn't think I'm desperate?"
She says her face lit up the whole room. Her satisfying pearl smile shone like two gems.

"Of course not. The Andre that I know won't even think like that."

She pondered for a while before switching gears.

She finally apprised me of Ashton's deeds. His fights with Jake.

Just then Ashton walked in. His brows knitted together.

"Irmazinha, Andre is waiting for you in the living room."

Yara hugs me. The excitement spread across her pretty face. She eyes me with the 'I'll talk to you later' kind of look and runs out closing the door behind her.

"You ate?"
He glances at the half full bowl of cereal on the nightstand. I nod and he stands in front of me.

"Where did you go last night?"
I knew he was going to ask where I went. And yes I prepared myself.

"I went to get my car-"

"Which car?"
He interrupts me and I grab the book I was reading earlier.
