I can't believe we are resuming school tomorrow.
Time really flied.
Ashton comes down speaking on the phone."Shay get ready. We are going somewhere." He says
Ashton's POV
"To where?"
She asks, frowning.I roll my eyes at her. I paid no heed to her but to my phone, ideally. Dad and I are bickering over why the name and the signature in the contract aren't matching.
"Go get ready."
I say anew and she does as told.I know what I did was earnestly wrong but it's for the best. A mistake that will prevent someone's life from triggers isn't considered a mistake after all.

~○~ ~○~Shallo looks terrified. I've never seen her like this.
"Why did you bring me here?"
She crosses her arms childishly across her chest. She's such a baby."You'll know."
I hop out, walk to her side and open the door for her."I can't go in there."
She protests and I grab her hand, tugging her to the house."I want you to remain silent in there. Don't talk back, don't argue and most importantly, do not interfere in the conversation. Anything you want to say, wait until we are back at the apartment. "
I clarified taking the lead. She dragged her feet immaturely as she tagged along. Dad is watching football. His attention averted to the television.
"Ashton, welcome. Have a- what are you doing in my house." Dad asks Shay, throwing daggers at her.
"If I knew your son was bringing me here, I wouldn't have agreed." And Shay did the exact opposite of what I told her.
"Didn't you know he was my son before throwing yourself at him."
"Mr Frank, you and I know who throws themselves at people and it's definitely not me." What is going on? I feel like these two already know each other.
"Shay, that's enough!"
I snap, stepping in front of her."Dad, meet my wife." I stated pointing at Shay.
They both looked at me like I had two heads.
"Ashton, if this is another old chestnut of yours, I'd advise you pack in. You wrote Maia's name in the document." Dad says, head tilting.
"It's the signature dad. You know these things. You gave me options and I picked her." I catch sight of Shay, who is kissing her teeth. She probably still thinks I'm joking.
"I'll never agree to this." Dad walks to the bar and poured himself a glass of vodka.
"It's done. The contract was signed and in Pastor Alles is reg's possession." I concluded and Shay fleed out. Her head must be at the verge of popping. She wasn't expecting all this. But I did this for her.
