Sakura saw Karin's supposed teammates who abandoned her. They were leaning on the tree as they gasped for air.

Both of them were cowards who were now covered in bruises and mud from head to toe. The heaven scrolls in one of their hands.

'Ah, just the one I want.'

Sakura narrowed her eyes as she jumped forward and landed in front of them while Kai stayed behind with no intention of being involved in the situation, he only narrowed his eyes curiously to see how the pinkette who was under his and his teammate's observation would act in this situation.

As Sakura jumped in front of the two exhausted males, they were startled but quickly stood up as they stared at her with caution and hostility.

"I'll say this one time, give me your scrolls and I'll spare your lives..." She said looking at the heaven scroll that she needed to pass.

"Heh," One of them let out a mocking laugh as he head-on charged towards the female who simply dodged his attack.

Infusing chakra in her fist she knocked him away as he clashed with the tree and collapsed on the ground unconscious.

Seeing his teammate lay on the ground unsure if he was dead or alive, he felt anger boil in him. Naively he also charged towards the pinkette.

Unlike the other guy, this guy had the heaven scroll in his hands so as he moved towards her she snatched the heaven scroll and then kicked him away.

With both of them unconscious she happily accepted the heaven scroll they 'gave' her.

"Hey wait!"

A voice called out to her when she was putting the heaven scroll back in the bag she had slung around her.

She looked up to see a figure smaller than her jump in front of her, the person had chin-length black hair with blue-purple eyes.

A beautiful person but she had a scowl on her face.

Then Sakura saw another person with orange hair that reached his shoulders and green eyes which were a shade darker than hers.

"Yes?" She said, her voice calm compared to the other female's voice who had been scowling at her non-stop.

"Give me that scroll!" She demanded as she glared at the pinkette.

"Shiroi, there's no need for the scroll for us, it isn't our objective-" The orange-haired male told the black-haired female only to have her glare at him.

"Shut up, tangerine!" She yelled.

"Tangerine is right, shortie," Kai put his arm around the shoulders of the guy who they referred to as tangerine as he leaned forward with a mocking look on his face.

"We aren't supposed to complete the chunin exams," He said.

"Shut up!" She yelled again and then turned to the pinkette who had been blankly staring at them.

When 'Shiroi' felt emerald eyes on her, she introduced herself as the tips of her ears burned red.

"My name's Shiroi Yuki!" The purple-eyed female said.

"Sakura Uzumaki." The pinkette stated.

"Well Sakura, I challenge you to a fight!" Shiroi pointed at the green-eyed female in front of her.

"Hmm."

Sakura stared at the female who challenged her, and soon she charged at her with incredible speed.

The pinkette continued to dodge her instead of attacking which angered the black-haired female.

"Stop running away!"

The orange-haired male who was yet to be introduced asked the figure standing beside him.

"Who do you think will win?"

Kai did not look away from the two figures fighting at incredible speed however with a serious look on his face he replied.

"Sakura Uzumaki,"

"Why?"

The blonde did not reply and continued to watch the fight with interest. The other male took his silence as his answer and did not question anymore.

"Come on pinky!" Shiroi taunted as she continued chasing the pinkette, "Don't be a coward and run away!"

"Are you afraid of my speed huh?!"

The taunting continued on annoying Sakura who already had no interest in fighting the purple-eyed female but was forced to.

"Heh, you must be afraid of my speed!" The short-haired female mocked as she let out a laugh continuing to chase the pinkette.

"I will win because my speed is my weapon!"

"How annoying," The pinkette muttered.

Instead of dodging the speedy figure she had been avoiding for a while she turned around facing her face to face and moved at a fast speed at the black-haired female.

This surprised the black-haired female making her lean back to avoid the pinkette but it was already too late.

The pinkette put a kunai at the other female's throat who had fallen on the ground due to shock. A trail of blood seeping out of the small cut she had made.

"Admit defeat."

The green eyes shined in a cold light sending shivers down the black-haired female's spine.

"H-How? I made sure I was fast-" Shiroi's eyes widened in disbelief at her defeat.

The pinkette simply glanced at her before removing the kunai and keeping it in her weapon pouch which was strapped on her thigh.

"Speed isn't everything, the moment you started thinking that you are undefeatable because of your speed, you lost."

Shiroi's eyes widened her mouth agape as she continued staring at the pinkette.

Sakura did not continue looking at her as she walked away from the black-haired female who was staring dumbly at her as she sat on the ground.

"Sakura-san!" She leapt in front of the retreated female.

Sakura raised an eyebrow at the sudden change of attitude while her two teammates simply stayed back and enjoyed the fight as the audience.

"One day, I will be the fastest person to ever live and when that happens I want a rematch!" Shiroi looked expectantly at the pinkette with hope and determination clearly visible on her face.

Sakura accepted with a happy smirk on her face.

"Sure."
