Sakura sat down on the field along with Ino and her other female classmates.

It was time for Kunoichi's special class, flower arrangement.

The class which was only reserved for them while the boys did extra taijutsu training.

She didn't really see much point in separating

Her female sensei, Arai Kumiko, is a beautiful lady with long silvery-white coloured hair and aqua eyes.

She wore a flowy white kimono with some silver-coloured designs on it.

"Hello, My name is Arai Kumiko, you all can call me Arai-sensei, and from today onwards I will be teaching you girls about the importance of female ninjas," She started her lecture looking at every female who was sitting down.

"So, I would like to question all of you, what would you do if someone were to harm you during a mission?" She asked.

"Then Sasuke-Kun would save us!" A female with short brown hair replied.

While the other girls started getting excited over the guy saving them with blushes on their faces. Except for two shy ones, one who was genuinely shy while the other one who was pretending to be shy.

"Yeah, Sasuke-Kun would come and then defeat the ninja!"

"Like a prince charming!"

"No, he's saving us so he'll be a knight in shining armour!"

"Yeah!"

Sakura looked at her only friend who was enthusiastically chatting about this 'Sasuke-Kun' guy who would save them from cruel people in this world.

"Umm, Ino-chan.."

Ino looked at the pinkette sitting beside her who was looking at her with confusion, "Who is Sasuke?"

When Ino heard her friend's question she gasped in surprise her palms covered her gaping mouth as she stared with wide eyes, "You don't know who Sasuke-Kun is?" Ino grabbed Sakura's shoulders and started shaking her.

"N-No," Sakura answered hesitantly and then Ino giggled happily as she started talking about this 'Sasuke-Kun' guy. How he looked like, how amazing he was. Sakura ignored her only friend's babbling about some guy as she looked through her memory if she remembered him.

Wasn't he the guy with duckbutt hair who glared at everyone in the class? The guy who lost to her in the previous test?

How can these girls even like him?

He's like on a man period 24/7. Not only he never talks to anyone but is also arrogant and acres as if he is some sort of the main male lead who walks out of some K-drama who is filthy rich and CEO of some international company.

Hmph. How can someone even like that prick? He even said what she knew about a family when she asked if he was alright.

"He'll come and then 'swoosh swoosh' his sword in the air and then ask if we are alright!" One of his fangirls giggled to herself while the rest imagined the scene and squealed in delight.

Arai-sensei shook her head and she sighed seeing the behaviour of all the young girls who were supposed to be a ninja in the future. They were the next generation yet... She could feel a headache coming due to the behaviour of all the young girls.

Sakura listened to each and every comment from the girls in her surroundings and she silently let out a scoff as she looked down at the grass and flowers below. And slowly caressed a flower in her hand.

How immature, it's so pathetic watching them waste their time on worthless people. It reminds me of...

Sakura looked up from the ground below, a small smile on her face, her eyes gleaming with a glint that went unnoticed by everyone around her.

...my mother.

The flower in her hand was crushed.
