■ 06: please don't ■

───── No One's POV ─────

It was another week in this peaceful yet chaotic school, and let me give ya'll an update.

Ever since that clinic incident, Ki Chul reluctantly told Ryujin about it since she entered the classroom with Beomgyu. But Ryujin understood since Ki Chul was in a serious state that time. Although, she still won't stop glaring at Beomgyu when he comes near them. Don't get her wrong, she's just a very protective friend and has trust issues.

On a more serious note, Ki Chul has been secretly observing TXT since she found them weird and mysterious. Like this one time when Soobin knocked on their classroom door. He looked like he was in a hurry. He excused Beomgyu and Kai, and the teacher just let them go like he knew what was happening. When Ki Chul looked out the corridor, all five of them were complete, and they ran out of school. They never came back that day.

It was now dismissal time with students hurrying out of the campus, just wanting to go home. Ki Chul was with her group of friends outside the building when, in the corner of her eye, she saw TXT by the far end of the parking lot. They look like they're talking about something serious. Being a curious bean, she decided to sneak-upon them.

"Uh... girls? You go ahead. I just remembered that I have to return a book in the library" she excused.

"Do you want me to come with you?" Yuna asked.

"No, its okay. You guys should go home and rest."

"Alright. Stay safe, and message in our gc when you get home" Ryujin reminded before they bid goodbye. She really love those girls. They're like her guardian angels.

She quietly found a place to hide while spying on TXT and listening to their conversation.

"Guys, I just got a message" she heard Soobin say.

"What is it, hyung?"

"Emergency meeting"

"Again? That's like the third one this week"

"Its just the second one, Hyuka"

"Yeah yeah. Whatever, Taehyun. I wonder how serious the problem is"

"Well, let's get going". With that, they exit through the back gate which most students don't know about. Ki Chul quietly followed them, and lucky for her, they didn't lock the gate.

"Hyung, I think we're being followed." Kai announced who sensed someone. But when they looked behind, there was no one.

Soobin silently called for the other's attention. He made eye contact with them, and understanding what he meant, they nodded at him.

Soobin and Yeonjun walked behind the younger ones as they act casually. Yeonjun swiftly turned around and got a glimpse of someone hiding behind a nearby tree, probably caught off-guard by the sudden turn.

"Gotcha" he whispered before slowly approaching the said tree.

"Careful, hyung. It might be KD" With that note, he took out something from his pocket. Can you guess what it was?

He got a gun.

He reached a side of the tree, and his guts are telling him that someone's behind it. He got himself ready, gripping the gun tighter and ready to defend himself. With one swift move, he turned to to face the person with his piercing gaze. But his eyes softened when he saw who it was.

"Kim Ki Chul?"

The name alarmed the rest, so they ran towards the situation. Yeonjun was still pointing his gun at the girl, who had raised her hands for surrender. She didn't know what was happening. She was just staring at the metal thing Yeonjun was holding, and events from her nightmare surged her, especially that part with a bang. Come to think of it, it sounded like a gunshot.

"Ki Chul, what are you doing here?" Beomgyu asked.

"P-please don't" was all she could mutter, just like her nightmare. Just then did Yeonjun realize that he was still pointing. He lowered the gun, and placed it back in his pocket.

"Ki Chul?" They were worried. She was breathing heavily, sweating a lot, and shaking.

'Just like last week'  Beomgyu thought.

Right then and there, she fainted which caught them off-guard, but Beomgyu got her in his arms.

"Now what?" Taehyun asked.

"Yeonjun-hyung, could you get the car and bring her to our house? You guys wait here for him. I'll go to the meeting alone" Soobin said, being the leader that he is.

"Are you sure hyung? I can come with you"

"I'll be okay. Besides, she might need a lot of help when she wakes up"

"Alright. Stay safe, hyung!" They all waved him goodbye while Yeonjun went back to school to get their car.
