■ 24: his cousin ■

───── No One's POV ─────

Ki Chul slowly flutters her eyes open to be met with a familiar white ceiling.

'deja vu? wait, no. I fainted again. Why does this keep happening to me, and always end up at the boys' house?'

Suddenly, the door opens, making Ki Chul look towards it. There came in a female while talking to someone over the phone. Now that she thinks about it, its the same girl she saw with Beomgyu in the store earlier.

"Don't fret about it so much, okay? She's fine, she's just- OH MY GOODNESS. Gyu, she's awake... yeah, talk to you later."

The female immediately ended the call and ran to Ki Chul's side. "Are you feeling better, now?" she asked.

"I-I am..."

The other sighed in relief. "That's good. The boys would kill me if you aren't"

Ki Chul looked at her in confusion. "Excuse me. I don't mean to be rude but... who are you?"

"Oh, right. I haven't introduced myself." She straightened herself before holding out a hand, making Ki Chul reluctantly reach out as well for a friendly handshake.

"My name is Choi Arin, and I'm Soobin's sister and Beomgyu's cousin"

Ki Chul blinked at her, unconsciously making the handshake last longer. 'wait what??'

The other, who is now known as Arin, awkwardly giggled. "uhmm, you can let go now."

Ki Chul then immediately let go of her hand and cleared her throat. "I'm sorry, its just- wait, if you're Soobin's sister and Beomgyu's cousin, then that means those two are related? They're cousins???"

Arin stared at her for a brief second before scoffing. "They never told you? Wow, what good friends they are" she sarcastically said.

Ki Chul slowly shook her head as Arin said that. "Now that I think about it, they only introduced themselves to me as secret agents... because of an incident that happened" she said, her voice getting quieter towards the end which Arin still caught.

"Oh, well since you know about that already, I guess you should also know that I, too, am a secret agent. I am part of the WM unit."
