■ 04: help ■

───── Ki Chul's POV ─────

It's been a week, and I am loving this school. There are many great facilities here, and the teachers are really nice. There are some bullies, but I have great friends with me.

Its now lunch time, and I told my friends that I'll just borrow a book from the library. When I entered, I immediately recognized two figures in one of the tables.

Choi Beomgyu and Kang Taehyun.

'What are they doing here? Do they often go to the library and I just didn't notice it?'

I don't know what has gotten to myself, but I froze at my spot and stared at the two. Beomgyu must have noticed because he looked up to see me. We made eye contact, but I immediately broke it 2 seconds later.

'That was weird'

I then went off to what I am here for. Once I was done, I was going down the stairs to catch up with the girls when I came across a group of friends by the stairs.

"Hey nerd!", one of them called. I turned around to be met by 3 boys looking at me. This is giving me some chills.

"Hi?", I questioned.

"What's a little nerd doing here?" one of them said.

"Excuse me?"

"Looks like she's borrowing a boring little novel" the other said before stepping forward and taking the book from me.

"Hey!" I exclaimed. They started tossing it to each other as I chased for it. After a few rounds, the 'leader', I guess, got a hold of it.

"Hey! Give it back!" I said as I tried to take it from his long arms.

"Oh? But can you reach?" He teased as he raised the book higher. 'Why was I born short?' 

"I said, give it back!" I don't know what got to me, but I...

I punched him in his stomach, making him drop the book and groan in pain. I was in shock. My eyes widened and I gasped as I hover my hand over my mouth. 'Where did I get the courage to do that?'  The boy I punched looked back at me, and he looked mad as hell.
