After awhile of just laying in each others arms and talking Oli's Mum had just come home so I had to meet her. Like my father Oli's dad left when he was five for another women. Oli helped me up after his mum called him down to help with the groceries. Because I'm so freaking awkward I had to make sure that I looked acceptable for his mum.

"Come on Zoe you look fine let's go." Oli messed with his hair then just sighed and picked me up from the bed. He kissed my cheek then led me down the stairs. I grabbed his hand and then held his arm with my other hand.

"Hello mum, Julia." Oli nodded in his mother and... friends..? Directions. They both said hello back and continued to put groceries away.

"Oli who's your friend?" Julia asked after she grabbed a bag of chips and put them away. His mum and friend both stopped to look at us.

"Oh um mum, Julia this is my girlfriend Zoey. She lives right down the road." Oli turned to me. " Zoey this is my mum Stacey and her girlfriend Julia."

Yay more gay people in my life! I moved slowly toward both of them and shook their hands and said hello then moved back next to Oli. Stacey laughed as she put a jar or peanut butter away.

"Awe it's Okay dear you don't have to be shy. I can't tell already that we're gonna enjoy having you around." She had the same thick British accent as her son but Julia had a strong southern accent.

Me and Oli helped them put the groceries away then played a card game for a few hours. I won twice motherfucker. We played the game until five and I wanted to go home for awhile. I didn't want to bother them so I polity told them my mom needed me home for something. Julia and Stacey hugged me goodbye but Oli gave me a look but then hugged me and kissed me goodbye.

I went upstairs to get my jacket and bag then followed Oli out of the house and hugged him again. He whispered in my ear to be safe and text him if I need him.

I moved my hair out of my eyes and walked down the road. When I noticed Oli went back inside I went behind the row of houses to Austin's house. I checked my bag to make sure I had money. I hadn't smoked since I was fourteen and at first it was only the ones without nicotine then only a few real ones. I never forget the taste or feeling and the craving is getting worse. Before I walked you the driveway Austin walked out of the house and locked the door behind him.

"Hey Austin!" I said cheerfully. Trying to be nice and friendly. He smiled as soon as he realised it was me.

"Oh Hey Zoe! Do you need something? I'm going to the store for some random shit we need at the house." He gave me a hug and put his arm around my shoulder in the friendly way.

"Um actually if you don't mind could you buy me two packs of cigarettes. I'll pay for them please but I just don't have a way to get them and I really need them. " A few tears fell from my eyes so Austin hugged me.

"Zoe it's Okay. Of course I'll buy you cigarettes. I know that you are going through a hard time right now. It's Okay stop crying." He moved me so I was in front of him then put his hands on my shoulders. He made me wipe by tears then told me to go home and he'll be right back.

"Thank you so much Austin." I hugged him again then started walking.

"You're welcome!" He called as he got into his car and started driving. I stopped walking to wipe my eyes because I actually started crying. Don't call me a bitch. I didn't use Austin I just asked him for a favor that I will return. So suck my fuck. My asshole of a mother was home so I started walking to the park. The park isn't that far from my house so I was there before I knew it.

I watched as the different cars sped past the tree I was in and counted the deers that ran through the trees. I saw my mother's car drive past and in the direction of the town so I knew I wouldn't be seeing her anytime soon. Before I left the tree I pulled my knife out of my bag and wrote on the tree.

"There Is No Escape From This Labyrinth Of Suffering."  Then I drew a weird star then jumped out of the tree. On the doorstep of my house was a plastic bag with two packs of Marlboro's and a note.

"To the Lovely Zoey Rose. I hope you enjoy. Pay me back when you can.
                         -Austin"

I picked up the plastic bag then shoved the packs in my bag and threw the plastic bag away. I started walking to Austin's house then put twenty dollars in my front pocket as I knocked on their door. When no one answered I tore a piece of paper and wrote

"Thank you! -Zoey" and put it in the mail slot on the front door. I walked back home and put my bag in my room then grabbed a pack of cigarettes and went outside. I climbed the tree in the backyard then lit a cigarette. It felt so good. One turned into two and after that I cut myself off. I threw the butt on the ground and shoved the pack and lighter into the pocket on the inside of my jacket.

I went in my room after hanging up my coat and taking two sleeping pills. I really need some fucking sleep.
