I wipe the tears that are building up in my eyes from the reminder of the past few months, as I walk away in a hurry.

The words Jacob said are swirling around my head. Would I have died? This is something which I will never know, but the idea of someone thinking that I was so close makes me think.

All I know is that I need to get to my mothers grave.

"Georgie," I hear Jasper calling after me as I walk faster, not wanting anything to stop me from getting to her grave. I need to see her.

"Georgina!" Rosalie calls, straight after Jasper as she vampire speeds right next to me.

"What?" I ask, the tears being very clear now.

"Come on let's go back to the car," Rosalie urges, while taking my hand.

"No, I can't," I cry, as she pulls me into a hug.

Within a flash Jasper, Emmett and Alice are all besides me, as Rosalie releases me from our hug.

"Hey hey hey," Jasper utters to me, while holding my face, wiping the tears away with his thumbs. After that he pulls me into a soft hug, allowing me to continue crying into his now wet shirt.

"I wanna see her," I sob, while my head still remains buried into his chest.

"I'll take you there," He mutters to the top of my head, before giving it a kiss.

Emmett throws the keys, which Jasper catches with one hand, the other still being wrapped around me.

Just as we get in the car both Bella and Edward emerge out of the woods. It's at that time that Jasper decides to drive off.

The whole car ride we remain silent, just allowing the sound of the rain to be heard against the car windows.

Jasper slowly pulls up by the church. He turns the ignition off and just stays staring in front, as if he's waiting for me to do something, while I also stare ahead.

"I've not been since the funeral," I say to him, barley above a whisper. My eyes staying forward, not wanting to look or move anywhere else.

"Take as much time as you want," Jasper replies, his hand being placed on top of mine.

"Okay," I say with fake confidence, as if I'm trying to trick the person who can feel every single one of my emotions. Before getting out of the car, into the depths of the hard pouring rain.

Allowing the rain to cover my body, I head over to the grave stone, knowing the exact way. Despite only having been there once.

The sound of the car door can be heard from behind me, meaning that Jasper is following from behind.

In front of me lays the gravestone, designed exactly how she wanted it. "I miss you," I say to the stone, as if it can understand me. "I miss you so fucking much," I kneel besides it, with one hand on the stone. The solid making it feel more likely that her spirit could hear me.

Jasper stays stood far back, as if he doesn't want to be in the way.

We stay like this for over ten minutes. The only sound to be heard is the hard rain hitting the ground, as if it's in mourning too, with a slight wind that caused the trees to shiver every now and then.

This is before the cold became too much.

I walk back over to Jasper shivering. My body soaking wet, as if I just went into a shower fully clothed. "She loved you, you know," I say to him, stroking his hair out of his face. "It's one of the last things she said," I whisper, wiping the tears away from my eyes.

"I won't ever leave again Georgie," Jasper says, as he pulls me into a hug, "I promise," His Texan voice breaking, as if he's about to cry. If that was even possible.

At this moment everything feels perfect. With it just being us to in the rain, and wind. All we need is each other.

"Come on," Jasper says, causing me to look up at him, "You'll get ill otherwise," he continues with concern. With that Jasper picks me up bridle style and carries me back to the car, before driving us back to what once was the place I called home.

"Jasper?" I ask my boyfriend. My head being placed on his chest, as we lay on the bed. We have since changed into some dry clothes, yet my hair remains slightly damp.

"Hmm," Jasper replies, as he plays with my hair.

"What was your mother like?" I ask, glancing up at him as I do so.

"She was very kind and caring," Jasper starts by saying slowly, his fingers drawing outlines on my arms. His face remains concentrated, as if he's trying to remember. "Her name was Anna, or Mam as she was known to us." He smiles a little, at the thought, "I was number three of six,"

"You're used to a lot of siblings then," I say with a smile at him, as he smiles back.

"Yes," He grins, "Joseph was the oldest child- my Mam liked to keep the 'J' thing going with the boys names, as my Father was called John," He explains.

"Yeah Joseph was the eldest," He explains, "And arguably her favourite," he chuckles a bit, "Then it was Annie, then me, James, Clara and Minnie," He says in confidence as if his memory is becoming more clear.

"But my Mother she was lovely, she cared so much for everyone in that area," he says proudly, wrapping his arms around me, "Not a selfish bone in her body. Although it was hard for her when Father and Joseph left for war,"

"They both survived?" I ask, not knowing if I want to hear the answer.

"Joe didn't," He says quietly, "But then I had to go pretty soon after he died- I hope they were okay" he ends staying in silence. Jasper never or very rarely speaks about his past life, due to feeling ashamed of it.

"I'm sorry Jas," I say to him.

"What for?" Jasper questions me with a small smile.

"That you were changed," I reply. Him being transformed meant that he never saw his family again. By the time that he had enough control and was free it was was too late.

"But then I wouldn't have met you G," He mutters, giving my lips a kiss.

Suddenly, yet gently he turns me around so that he is hovering over me. Then he sits us both up so my legs are left laying over the top of his, with his hand still holding mine.

"If you were there, in 1863," He smirks, probably due to remembering how old he is, "I would have courted you. There would be no kissing before marriage then Ma'am," He continues smirking, "Yet I don't think that would have stopped us," He continues, before leaning down and kissing me gently.

"Then we would have married, after I would have asked your family for permission," He continues, his face now hovering against mine.

"They would have said yes," I say, causing him to grin.

"If they said yes, then we would have had the best day which I could have provided you. You would have looked like a princess, although you always do," He continues, while brushing my hair from out of my face.

"It would have been even more fun then Annie's wedding," He grins, thinking of the mock rivalry between his siblings, before looking into my eyes.

"I love you Georgie," He says, despite having heard those words so many times it still makes my heart flutter when I hear them from him.

"And I love you Jasper," I say back, before his lips crash against mine.
