The months went on and I was a zombie. I couldn't eat, I barley slept. People said that I had turned into what Bella was when Edward first left, but worse. I had nothing to live for, whereas at least she had her parents.

The funeral went by well, although it was the hardest day of my life. At least as the first parents funeral I had the other parent there, but by the second and with no siblings, you're on your own. It seemed that my Ma knew what was coming, as she had already planned the funeral. From the coffin, to the flowers and to the gravestone. All I had to do was show up, yet that was still near impossible.

It seemed like the whole of Forks showed up for this. Perhaps because they knew my mother, although few of them had ever visited. It was more likely because they felt sorry for the just turned eighteen year who was now an orphan. Everywhere I went I got sympathy glares- I had dead parents and a boyfriend who allowed me to fall deeply in love, before moving away. The ability to properly cry also stopping after this grave day.

My ma left everything to me. Meaning that I would be able to still lead a comfy life, although I did not touch a thing from her room. Leaving it just the way she left it- as if she was still here.

Bella became an adrenaline junky, saying that it was the only way she would see Edward. Despite this she was the only reason I was still alive, along with her werewolf friends (not that I am sure she knew that). She would come by everyday, forcing me to eat despite the fact that I would only throw it back up again- not on purpose.

Jacob was her new best friend, and he would come round with her. Though I have only ever spoken one word to him, from when he first came round.

"This is Georgie," Bella said introducing me to her shirtless friend.

"Hey G," The shirtless friend named Jacob responded.

"Don't call me that." I snapped. Only one person called me that- Jasper, and he was one person which I didn't to be reminded of. Bella only gave me a sympathetic look after this, before continuing to spoon food me.

Charlie and Bella invited me to their house for Christmas day after Bella came home from her Moms. Despite it being kind of them I found this one of the hardest days, being that it is usually a day which family spend together. I also felt bad due to Charlie's effort of cooking vegetarian and giving up his beloved meat for the day, and I struggled to eat much of it at all. Though I deeply appreciated the efforts which the cop went into.

It was only by February which I started going to school again. I got many hugs that day, as well as 'I missed yous' as if I had gone on holiday. It was also that day people pointed out my weight loss, something which Bella, Jacob or Charlie never did. It was also that day that I discovered my Ma's alcohol which she had left untouched.

That night I tried it for the first night, only needing a little bit to feel escaped. Only needing a little bit to not just be trapped with my own thoughts. I kept drinking those different subsidence everynight after that. However that never got rid of the nightmares, though I guess they were my reality by now.

"Do you want to go to the rev with us?" Bella asked me softly, stroking my dead looking hair out of my face. I should cut that I think. I just shake my head to Bella's question like I always do, struggling to talk even if I wanted to.

"Give me a call if you need anything," She says, while leaving out of the door.

Deciding to act on the hair situation I though of earlier. I cut my hair to shoulder length. It definitely wasn't perfect but it would do.

The next day Bella came round to mine after school like she usually does. I laid on my bed, while Bella sat down besides me on the floor. Her eyes reaching the last painting I did - before my mother died- of the stream me and Jasper were at. His skin glimmering in the light sun, reflecting upon the stream.

"Do you think they'll ever come back?" She asks, still looking at my painting.

"No," I whisper, this being one of the first times I had spoken in a week. Although I generally think that if the Cullen's were to come home they would have done it already.

"I still see him you know," She mutters, not expecting a response anymore, "That's why I went on the motorbike as he only talks to me then. It's how I know he's- he's real," she continues, "Though Jake won't talk to me anymore, and I think he's avoiding me."

"Go and see him tomorrow," I smile at the girl who had basically kept me alive, "I'm sure he will be happy to see you,"

"I will do that," The brunet says, convincing herself with her tone.

That night Bella fell asleep besides me, although we both woke up to nightmares on certain none humans.
