Basically everything that we were robbed of in the Michael episode

"good morning sunshine." the sweet sound of Kurt's voice awoke Blaine from his slumber. Opening his eyes, he wondered for a second why he could only see out of his left side until the pain in his eye hit once again.

Wincing, he rubbed his good eye and attempted to sit up in bed.

Kurt put down the loaded breakfast tray that he was carrying and helped his boyfriend adjust himself against the pillows, gently straightening his eye-patch and kissing the tip of Blaine's nose as he pulled away again.

Blaine smiled gratefully as Kurt deposited the tray in his lap, but the constant pain prevented him from doing much else.

"Hey Could you maybe get me some painkillers..." Blaine trailed off when Kurt responded instantly.

"On the tray. Along with oatmeal with syrup, a bowl of berries and yoghurt, some orange juice and in that glass some daffodils I found in your backyard when making it all." Kurt smiled brightly as he sat in a chair besides Blaine's bed.

Blaine was rendered speechless by the sweetness of his boyfriend, while Kurt smiled ever-so-smugly at his Blaine's surprised expression.

"So," Kurt said as Blaine began to eat his breakfast, "How are we going to entertain ourselves for the day?" He asked.

Even though he'd only just started, Blaine stopped eating. "What? Kurt you have to go to school." He said sternly.

Kurt walked over to the mirror to check his hair. "If I did you'd be all by yourself in this house for the whole day, and I'm not leaving my sick one-eyed boyfriend to fend for himself for eight hours."

He had a point there. "Hey, didn't you say that Finn and Rachel were going to drop by at some point?"

"Yeah when they finish school, why?"

Blaine blushed slightly at his next words. "It's just...can you gel my hair for me?" He gestured towards the wild mass of curls that rested atop of his head.

"y...yeah sure." Kurt looked down at his feet as he tried to stifle a laugh.

"Ouch! Is this really the only place you can sit?"

"What! you want me to get it right don't you?"

Kurt was currently sitting on Blaine's bed, or more specifically, Blaine's lap, as he tackled his boyfriend's hair with masses of hair gel. Blaine would be lying if he said he wasn't enjoying holding Kurt tightly round the waist, but it still hurt a little whenever he tugged on Blaine's hair or shifted his weight.

Kurt stopped for a moment. "Now is the peak on the left or the right?" he thought out loud.

Blaine told Kurt he didn't know. He was so used to gelling his hair every morning, it had become like clockwork and he hardly even recognize the process.

Kurt smiled. "It's right. I remember from all the times I've watched you do this in the mirror."

Blaine was silent. Apparently Kurt knew him better then he knew himself.

Kurt climbed off of Blaine's lap and disappeared into the bathroom to wash the gel off of his hands. "I can't believe you made me do your hair just to see Finn and Rachel." He called from the bathroom, the sound of running water masking his words slightly.
