Context: Sorry to disappoint you but this isn't the Klaine wedding, this is my version of what happens at the failed Wemma wedding :P
Kurt straightened his bow tie as he and Rachel walked towards Mercedes' car. He could see the back of Blaine's head in the back window and his heart fluttered slightly. Although Kurt was still angry at Blaine, he had to admit there were still very strong feelings there. Reaching the car, he jumped into the back of the car next to his ex-boyfriend, saying a casual hello to everyone before they began their journey to the wedding venue.
despite the conversation beginning awkwardly at first, Kurt and Blaine were soon talking and joking around like they always used to, gently flirting with each other and ignoring the comments from Mercedes and Rachel in the front.
-
When they finally arrived at the wedding venue, the girls got out to try and find a parking metre to pay for their spot and Blaine began rootling around in his seat, trying to find his phone. Kurt leaned down to help him at the same time that Blaine turned to slightly face him, and all of a sudden their heads were very close together.
They locked eyes for a moment, and in one glace all thoughts of Sam rushed out of Blaine's mind as he leaned in and kissed Kurt.
At first Kurt pulled away in confusion, knowing he wanted to kiss him back but not sure if he was ready go back to Blaine just yet. When something in his brain just said "screw it."
Kurt suddenly leaned back in, wrapping his arms round Blaine's neck as he grasped Kurt's face, kissing back just as passionately.
Blaine leaned backwards and shuffled down as Kurt climbed on top of him. Kurt chuckled slightly as he said "If I had known I'd be groped in the back of a prius I would have bought a change of clothes." he said, moving down to kiss Blaine's neck.
then a thought struck him. "Wait, I'm sort of already dating someone in New York!?" He said quickly, sitting up on his elbows.
Blaine wasn't ready to stop making out with Kurt yet. "I know, I know, It's cool, It's cool, this... this is just bros being bros." He insisted, hoping Kurt wouldn't pull away.
Luckily Kurt didn't want to either. "ugh, I love when you talk fratty." He said, leaning in again. Blaine began un-tucking the other boy's shirt when there was a knock on the window, followed by giggling.
"Come on you two! The wedding is about to start." Mercedes said, laughing. "Yeah, and it looks like you need to re-dress yourselves before we go in!" Rachel said, almost wetting herself she was laughing so hard.
"ha ha, very funny." Kurt said, climbing off of Blaine and tucking his shirt back in.
-
A few non-alchoholic cocktails later (They had forgotten their fake IDs), the pair walked off the stage after singing their duet, Blaine's hand on Kurt's shoulder. "I'm going to go get another drink." He said, beginning to walk away.
"Ok but remember..." Kurt began. "We are not together, we're just here as friends." Blaine said, cutting him off.
Kurt smiled slightly as he walked away, realising this was the first time they had separated since entering the chapel, and then the party.
-
Rachel and Finn wandered up onto the stage, beginning to sing the song "we've got tonight." everyone began to pair up and dance together, so Kurt and Blaine wrapped their arms around each other and began dancing without thinking twice.
He was standing and smiling contently at Blaine when Kurt's brain said "screw it." again. "let's go upstairs." he muttered in the shorter boy's ear.
Blaine had a childish grin on his face as he quickly followed Kurt towards the elevators, and when the door slid closed he began kissing down his neck, Kurt smirking down at him.
-
Blaine watched as Kurt buttoned up his shirt. "are you going to get dressed or just keep staring at me?" Kurt asked, smiling at Blaine in the mirror.
"mmm...Keep staring." Blaine said, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes; the boys had stayed the night at the hotel curled up in each other's arms.
"can I talk to you for a second?" Blaine asked, sitting up. "You already are." Kurt sassed back, walking towards the bathroom, but Blaine grabbed hold of his arm before he could walk to far.
"no. Kurt, what is this? we made out, danced together, and...you know. Are we back together? because this wasn't just a hookup for me. I really care about you Kurt, and I want us to be boyfriends again." Blaine said, looking up at him with wide eyes.
Kurt carefully sat down on the bed beside him. "I don't just sleep with random people Blaine." He began, laughing quietly. "I really do still care about you, and last night just proved it further. I was unsure at first, and i'm still not sure if I forgive you for cheating, but I... I want to try and do this again. You really do make me happy Blaine, and I would be lying if I said I didn't see my future without you in it." Kurt said, looking at Blaine somewhat hopefully.
"I want to try this again too." Blaine said quietly, before leaning forward and connecting their lips.
Kurt placed his hand on Blaine's cheek before crawling onto the bed properly and gently laying Blaine down below him.
