Chapter 13

Hinata POV:

I rubbed my forehead as I stood up looking around.. It was the entrance of the hidden leaf.. The inside of the village was completely ruined.. It looked nothing like the hidden leaf.. I slowly walked through the gates activating my Byakugan looking around and searching for faint signs of chakra

I found none except a very faint familiar chakras.. I found Kurenai and Mirai sprawled in the Team 8 training grounds.. Who did this.... I choked back a sob as I continued my journey..

Wait a minute.. Isn't that..? I ran towards it completely ignoring the pain in my legs..

"N-Naruto-kun..."-Hinata whispered

H-he's dead?..but no t-that can't be.. Was it the masked man? I felt anger bubbling up in me..

"Come out here and fight me.. You.. You coward"-Hinata shouted

I picked up another chakra signature next to Naruto and went to check it out.. It was Sakura.. Her face was barely visible but I could see her outfit clearly.. A red sleeveless dress till her mid thigh, It was a really nice one but who cares?.. 

I whipped my head towards Naruto seeing him wearing a formal tux.. It was obvious they were going somewhere.... Together..... My heart throbbed slightly

How did all this happened?

I could faintly hear Naruto.. but that's impossible.. H-He's dead.. He was saying something... I couldn't hear him...

Than suddenly I blinked and I was back in the room we shared..

"Hey are you fine?"-Naruto hugging her from the side 

"Y-Yeah"-Hinata still crying

"Don't lie.. What happened in that Genjutsu?"-Naruto wiping her tears

"I.. don't want to talk about it"-Hinata 

"Oh..Okay.. Go to sleep now"-Naruto instructed leading her to the bed and making her sit on it

Hinata POV:

What if this was all a dream? What if he already died and somehow he's here in my dreams..?

"Wait..Don't leave"-Hinata grabbing his hand

"Yeah I'm not.. I'll just sleep here"-Naruto pointing to the futon

No he cannot.. What if he leaves?

"No.."-Hinata firmly pulling him beside her

He just looked confusedly at her as she shifted slightly making space.. She held his hand so  that he wouldn't leave and proceeded to sleep

Naruto slowly wrapped his hands around her waist making her flinch and stiffen

"Relax......Good night Hinata"-Naruto whispered making lazy circles on her hand

She gave a small nod and loosening her grip on his hand lightly..

"You won't leave right?"-Hinata opening one eye

"Nope"-Naruto grinned while blushing

He's blushing? I raised an eyebrow

I decided not to inquire about it and closed my eyes and went to sleep immediately

Naruto POV:

Hinata's bold now.. The genjutsu must've been scary...Am I missing something?
