Fight In Oniyuri

Y/N POV

Nora: "A new day full of fun and new adventures."

Ruby: "What's the plan for today?"

Jaune: "Walking."

Nora: "With a side of..."

Y/N: "You won't believe it, more walking."

Ruby: "Haven is far further than I thought it'd be."

Ren: "How long did you think it'd take?"

Ruby: "I don't know, this is the farthest away from home I've been."

Jaune: "Okay... but how long?"

Ruby: "Two weeks maybe."

Y/N: "You're lucky I don't hit children."

Jaune: "Two weeks? Seriously?"

Ruby: "Fine maybe three." *looks forward* "What's that?"

We look and see a town in the distance.

Jaune: "That's weird, we shouldn't be hitting another town for awhile."

Nora: "Those buildings... they look damaged."

Jaune: "Let's go."

We run into the town to see it's not damaged just incomplete. We look around for clues when Nora calls us over.

Nora: "Oniyuri? Never heard of it."

Ren: "I have. In a lotta ways it could've been considered Anima's Mountain Glenn hadn't it been finished. In the past many people were unhappy with how the kingdom of Mistral was being run. So all of the richest citizens pooled their funds and built this place. There were many hopes that this place would prosper and eventually become its very own kingdom. Many believed these hopes, my parents included."

Ruby: "What went wrong?"

Ren: "What always does."

Y/N: "The Grimm."

Ren: "Not just any one."

Ruby: "One?"

Jaune: "Let's get out of here, this place gives me the creeps."

We begin walking out of village when my nose catches a rapidly approaching scent. I transform into a Beowolf and catch the wrist blade of a man. I slash downwards and cut the front of the man's coat. He cuts my chest making me stumble back. He then kicks me away and into a building. 

The man runs towards Ruby who barely manages to dodge his attacks. Nora brings down her hammer but the man jumps onto her hammer then launches himself into the side of a building. I untransform and watch the man jump back down to us.

Ren: "Who are you!?"

Man: "I matter not to you, you or... well..." *points to me* "You do interest me. I only matter to her."

He points to Ruby making me stand in front of her.

Nora: "You won't take her."

Man: "I will take her with me one way or another."

Jaune: "We won't let you."

Man: "Good."

He quickly appears behind Jaune and punches him into the dirt. I transform into a Sabyr and lunge at the man. He holds me back but I manage to cut his right thigh. He falters which allows Nora to bring her hammer down on him. The man uses his scorpion tail to block her then grabs her by her neck. He then slams her onto me and kicks us away. I look up to see him smash Jaune and Ren into each other then run for Ruby. I get ready to run to him when a black blur zooms in and protects Ruby.

Man: "How marvelous, the great Qrow Branwen has entered the fight."

Qrow: "I don't know who you are but you'll leave my niece alone."

Tyrian: "Why my name is Tyrian and I'm afraid I cannot. My assignment from my master is to collect the girl and one doesn't upset my mater."

Ruby: "Master?"

Qrow: "Salem."

My body locks up and I hear that woman scream again. I shake my head when I hear what sounds like a little boy's voice.

Boy: "Good morning Salem."

I snap out of it just in time to see Qrow come crashing out of a building. Ruby runs to help him but gets swat away by Tyrian. I look above her to see a wooden beam about to fall on her. Luckily Qrow cuts it in half before it can crush her. This however leaves him open to be cut by Tyrian's stinger.

I rush forward and knock Tyrian to his back. I bite into his neck and pull. He grabs his neck and desperately tries to stop his bleeding. It is unless because he soon bleeds out and dies. I untransform and regroup with the others. We then make camp in the woods when Qrow sits us down and tells us a story.
