Chapter Two ~Brian~

I hopped out of the shower grabbing a towel. Now came the hard part WTF was I goona wear?!?

After spending 15 minutes going through my drawers I finally decided on a blue hollister top and floral skirt. I stared at my mirror and then pulled up my shirt to reveal the marks on my stomach.

I've had bruises and scratch marks and scares all over my body since I started dating Brian. It got even worse towards the end of our relationship. I felt really depressed and I kept thinking that I was doing something wrong to cause Brian to abuse me like this.

My depression got so bad that one day I decided I would end it all and grabbed my moms heart pills from her cabinet. I went to my house, and began trying to open the bottle crying on the floor. I finally got the bottle to open, the pills lying in my hand. As I began to bring my hand covered in pills to my mouth Victoria barged through my door stopping me.

That was a really low time in my life. I've gotten better but I still haven't fully recovered. I live in fear that Brian will somehow find me and abuse me once again.

I got my blow drier and began to dry my hair when I got a text from Brianna.

"Wanna carpool to Tori's?" -B

"Sure, who's driving?" -C

"Pick u up in 20?" -B

"Perfect see you then!" -C

"KK. I don't know about u but I'm ready to TURN UP lol" -B

"Hahaha ttyl" -C

I looked at the clock on my phone, 11:10. I had to hurry. I put on some music, mostly Shawn Mendes and Fifth Harmony and continued doing my hair.

Sitting on my couch I looked at my phone for the fifth time. It was 11:40, Brianna said she would be here 10 minutes ago. I guess I expected this, she wasn't the best a being on time.

Just as I began to text Brianna I herd a knock on the door. I opened it, it was Brianna. "Omg finally lets go" I said to her grabbing my bag and heading to her car.

"Sorry, I was texting Alex." She said.

I gave her a strange look as I saw the smile on her face. "Is there something I should know" I said nudging her in the shoulder.

Alex is one of my best guy friends. I have know him forever, we even played soccer together when we were little. My parents are really good friends with his, and we hang out all the time. He's like a brother to me, I feel comfortable around him and could tell him anything.

"Noooo......" Brianna said blushing.

"OMG. Did he ask you out or something?!" I said practically screaming.

"No, but he said he wanted to see me.....he even put a Winkie face."

We both looked at each other simultaneously. "OMG what did u say?!" I was squirming around in my seat at this point. They have always sort of liked each other since they were kids. I have secretly shipped them forever.

"I invited him to come tonight. I hope that's ok." She said nervously.

"Of course it's ok" I said laughing. "I'm not suppose to know about the party anyways remember."

"Oh yeah" she said putting her finger to her lips quietly saying "shhh"

We both laughed, and I turned on the radio at full blast. We jammed out to Uptown Funk as we turned into the highway towards Victoria's House.
