You were giggling hysterically and tugging Touya along with you while you ran onto the street. You stopped suddenly, and he crashed into you from the speed.
"(y/n), wha-"
He stopped after following your gaze upwards to the words that were laid out on the side of the building.
'Deracta Industries'
Touya was quick to grab his hoodie's drawstrings and pull tighter, since he couldn't just walk around with stapled and easily recognizable face in public in broad daylight. He told you that wearing a dark hoodie like that will make him look suspicious anyways, but you insisted that it was better than nothing, he'd probably just be assumed to be some kind of goth teenager, which you also pointed out was partly true.
The building was huge, and constituted of mostly glass panels. Thanks to that, you two were able to see one of the workers walking towards the entrance to leave and scatter in time to not get caught. Touya grabbed your shoulders and shoved you through the door of the neighboring building - which was empty and being prepared for demolition so that Deracta could enlarge its property, from what the news was reporting. Your feet propelled you into the vacant space, and he followed behind, eventually pushing you against a wall.
"What is the purpose of pinning me?" you challenged, to which he smirked.
"Just making sure you're not seen," he said, not moving away. "You don't have an amazing disguise as I do, so I need to protect your identity. It would be catastrophic if you were seen."
"Ah, I see" you nodded, trying hard not to giggle again, "that makes sense. Thank you, I dunno what I would've done without your help."
He stayed there, both hands pressed up against the wall and trapping you there.
"Planning on letting me out?"
"Nah," he shrugged.
You rolled your eyes. "Well, if you keep me here, how are we going to break into my uncle's office?"
Before he could respond, you merged with the surface behind you and slipped from under his feet in your 2-D form, causing him to faceplant into the brick wall.
You laughed heartily from behind, which just made him groan and give you a look. "I forgot how mean you are."
"Aww, my bad," you apologized, holding him in a hug, "but that's what you get for trapping me."
"Meanie," he repeated with a pout. You decided to peck him on the lips briefly as a form of apology, which was obviously what he was trying to get from the very beginning.
"Now, shall we go and wreck shit?"
"You say it as though you do this on a daily basis," he said, poking his own nose a few times to verify that it wasn't broken.
"And you say that as though you don't."
He seemed to be satisfied with your response, or maybe at a loss for his own, since he merely rolled his eyes and started looking around. "How are we going to get in? I'm pretty sure the security of a place that sells security products would be pretty advanced."
"What an educated guess you just made there," you replied, "but I've lived with this moron for years and he locks his office as though I can't slip through the door. The plans for his systems are pretty flawless, but it doesn't apply to every quirk."
He didn't seem to understand what you meant, dipping his chin downwards slightly. While you hadn't expected him to remember everything about your quirks and its details, but he had snuck into your house several times before, even with the security that was meant for keeping out villains. It was practically second nature to you, so you supposed you'd have to refresh his memory.
