(HAWKS POV)
                              "On my way, ma'am"
He hung up, and redirected himself towards the designated location. A slight modification in the angle of his wings, his speed and contorting his body in a manner he'd done a million times before allowed him the optimal conditions to turn around abruptly without losing any time or speed while still in the air.
Boss Lady wants something from him, so he can't be late.
Hawks smiled and waved towards the bystanders watching him soar in the air. Some asked for autographs, but he doesn't have time for that. He is never late, and he can't be slow for the first time when Boss Lady needs him.
He doesn't even know for what; all she said was 'report to the office immediately'. The Winged Hero had other stuff to do, areas to patrol, people to save, but he can't say no to her. He wouldn't be the Winged Hero if not for the HPSC taking him in and training him. Besides, she sounded worried. For someone who deals with villains and makes decisions that will inevitably affect the future of their superhuman society on a daily basis, this means that something is very, very wrong.
Arriving at the headquarters, he slowed down a bit, landing on the roof. Unsurprisingly, Boss Lady was waiting for him there.
                              "Fast as always, Hawks"
"The fastest" he winked back. "What's the 'urgent matter you need to discuss'? "
Her expression immediately hardened. "Follow me"
Hawks did as he was told, trailing behind the grey-haired woman as she entered the inside of the building. They didn't even need to take the elevator to descend towards their destination; whatever it was that he's needed for, it's on the top floor.
                              Oh shit.
The top floor is typically the office of the person who's in charge of the business. Here, however, the highest level is dedicated to extreme conditions. If there's an interview that might get violent quickly, highly sensitive information, anything that poses an unusual scenario, you take it there. You never know when you'll need to evacuate by helicopter.
They walked quickly across the hallway, and Boss Lady turned towards a plain door. She pressed her hand against a biometric security system, and it flashed green. Hawks followed her inside.
The room was empty. 4 walls, a ceiling, and nothing else. He glanced around, trying to see if he missed something, and, soon enough, Hawks discovered a small panel of buttons. One of the walls was made out of glass, and he assumed there was something important on the other side.
                              A woman.
She wasn't even touching the ground; the lights are turned extra bright, and each limb was attached to a different corner with long metal chains. Her body made an star shape, spread out in what seems to be a pretty uncomfortable position. The (h/l)(h/c) mess covered most of her face, but he could still see those unusually dark eyes. They were pitch black, the iris matching that of the pupil. It showed nothing but solitude, but the rest of her (s/c) face lit up.
"What's this? I guess we've got ourselves a new guest today." she cackled.
"One-way mirror. Sound-proof" Boss Lady assured Hawks.
"Then how..." he began, before being interrupted.
"Keigo Takami, AKA Hawks. You're basically a weapon, aren't you, Keigo? I can call you that, right? I mean, no one else does. That'll make me special. But, if I were normal, I wouldn't be here now, would I?" she smirked devilishly.
