Couple of days passed as you tried to avoid everyone in the tower, once again. Sometimes you got your very heavy mood swings. All the way from being once for a while social human being to a point that you sat alone in your room, growling to anyone who even tried to come in.

Loki was forced into the kitchen by Thor again. Loki's brother really wanted him to get along with his new team.

"Good morning guys!" Thor greeted while he dragged Loki behind him. Thor was an awful morning person, which annoyed almost everyone in the tower, mostly Loki.

After Thor had gently guided Loki to sit with others, he rushed to the kitchen to make some waffles for breakfast.

Loki looked curiously around the room, looking for something.

Or someone.

"She's not here." Nat said with grin on her face. Loki glanced at her.
"If you mean our sour wolf then yeah, she's probably going through her weird wolf stuff again." Tony snarled with his mouth full of bread.
"Wolf stuff?" Loki asked curiously, while Thor was walking back to others with his plate full of waffles. He huffed and sat down next to his brother.

"Sometimes she locks herself into her room for couple of days. We don't know the main reason for that, but I think it might have something to do with her wolf side." Thor explained shortly and shoved waffles into his mouth while Loki looked worried by his brother's words.
"And you just let her do that and leave her there all alone?" Loki grumbled.
"Otherwise you'll get bitten." Nat said and smirked when she saw Loki's stunned reaction.
"Been there done that." Clint huffed while he was eating his cereal. He lifted his arm and showed Loki his little bite mark.

Loki raised his eyebrows, but not because he would've been surprised by your actions.

"And after that you were screaming like a little baby because you were scared of turning into a werewolf." Nat grinned and it earned laughs from others around the table. That was one of those memories the team would never forget.
Clint blushed and poked Nat straight at her arm. He was still embarrassed of his reaction back then.

"I thought.." Loki started but got quickly interrupted by Tony.
"So did we, but seems like werewolf's bite doesn't make you a werewolf after all .." Tony shrugged. Loki looked like he didn't really believe Tony's words, but he decided to shut his mouth in this one and leave it.

It was evening already and you were laying on your bed. You hadn't ate anything in whole day and you really started to feel it in your stomach.

Suddenly, you heard someone knocking on your door. You hesitated for awhile, but after smelling a just cooked food, you decided to open the door.
"Hello little wolf." Loki greeted you gently. Little too gently this time actually. You guessed that the others had told him about your sudden mood swings.

"I thought you might be hungry, can I come?" he asked softly, handing you a bowl full of good smelling pasta. You took it carefully and let him come in, which was weird action from you, again. You usually never let anyone come into your room, specially the days when you felt the most unprotected.

Loki looked curiously around your room while you sat down on the couch to eat your pasta. It was delicious and you ate it in a second, you had been starving for too long for a wolf like you.
"You liked it?" Loki asked in amuse while he sat down next to you with gentle smile on his lips.

You nodded carefully and settled the bowl down on the floor.
"Did you make it?" you decided to ask, although you knew the answer already. It was literally too delicious, so the cooker couldn't be a god who barely knew how to make a sandwich. Besides it tasted just like Nat's homemade tomato pasta.

Loki chuckled and shook his head.
"No, Nat made it and insisted me to deliver it, wonder why." Loki said with mischievous glimmer in his eyes. You shrugged and looked down at the bowl.

Then Loki cleared his throat and turned at you.
"Do you often lock yourself inside your room for three days?" he asked, being oddly interested into your habits. He was once again very curious about you and your wolf's actions.

You rubbed your neck little nervously as you lifted your head up to reach his eyes.
"Sometimes.." you mumbled in embarrassment.
"Is it your wolf?" Loki asked, not being careful with his words.

You nodded carefully in response. Actually you weren't quite sure if it was your wolf's actions or not, but it was the most logical option at this point.
Then Loki hesitated, clearly wanting to ask you something but not knowing could he do it without hurting your feelings.

You raised your eyebrows in reply, which attached Loki's attention and he sighed heavily.

"I heard... that you had bitten Clint once when he had tried to come in." he said softly, not continuing his question without your reaction first. You nodded again, letting him finish his question, you were curious what this mischievous god had in his mind once again.
"I'm quite sure you know that I had been studied your kind."

You nodded again, waiting his real meaning behind his stuttering words.

"I really couldn't believe when Stark said that werewolf's bite doesn't turn you, do you wanna light me up little wolf?" he asked politely, trying to be as gently as god could be. He knew you were on tense mood at the moment.

"There's a simple explanation actually." you said. You hadn't got offended by his words, no. You actually understood why the god was so curious about you.

"Only alpha's bite can turn human into a werewolf." you explained shortly. Loki started to smile a little, he had been right.
"So the tale isn't completely wrong." Loki said. You shook your head slowly in reply.

"No, I'm actually pretty surprised that humans do know more than they let us expect." you replied. Loki smirked and chuckled a little in return when he glanced at you. And you tilted your head a little instead.

"Thank you for not biting me." he said politely and nodded with the same smirk on his face.
"Thank you for bringing me food." you replied instead and smiled a little. You still didn't know why he was grinning at you like that.

Loki was about to reply something back, if you wouldn't have been interrupted by someone knocking on your door. The knocker opened it slowly and peeked in. And who else would it had been than Loki's big brother Thor.
"Don't bite me please.." Thor begged as he walked in. It earned a smile from you as you nodded in response.

"I heard from Nat that I could find you in here." Thor started and looked little amused while he was talking.
"Cap needs you downstairs."

"Steve?" Loki clarified and looked definitely confused. He hadn't expected Steve needing him for anything, even though he was part of the team now.
"Yes Steve, hurry up." Thor rushed his helplessly confused brother. Loki turned to look at you and you smiled in return. Then you nodded as thanks to him for the food and his company.

"Today brother!" Thor said when he had already got back in the elevator, and was now waiting for Loki. Thor hadn't had enough courage to stay longer with you, he didn't want to get bitten.

"See you later, Y/N." Loki said gently before he vanished behind your door, and leaving you there all alone.
