"Ugh! Idiotic, stupid parties!" I mumbled as we walked away from some other fake wannabee couple. One thing these business parties has in common is that everyone wants to be the diva, the showstoppers, the popular. I mean come on! we are not in high school anymore! And in order to achieve that they wear stuff which are politically incorrect, and pretend as if they love everyone around and that they are the most beautiful-est beings.

"You do realise that many girls would kill to be in this party in your place right?" My husband said his voice laced in amusement.

I narrowed my eyes at his stupid statement and said "Too bad you are stuck with this non interested wife"

"I wouldn't want any other woman other than you beside me wife" he said huskily and my heart did somersaults. He expects me to stay sober after saying words like that!!

"People are super scared of you dude!" I exclaimed changing the topic before I become a puddle. And well what I said is true. I have seen Advaith angry but never in the form of a devil like how people talk about him. Here in this party what I have gathered is people respect him to no end and also fear him to no end. Some people can't even speak by looking into his eyes and half of them were stuttering in his presence.

"They should be!" He shrugged and I smirked at him.

"Well I am not scared of you!" He chuckled at me and replied

"True. You are the only exception. Even my parents are scared of me sometimes" he said and I shook my head at him.

"I should start making you less scary and more approachable" we sat down on a table after like thirty minutes of socializing.

"Not gonna happen but I would like to see you try" Advaith said smirking at me.

"I am hungry. All this roaming around talking to people is very exhausting. Please go get me some food hubby" I said pouting at him and he just sighed getting up to go to the food aisle.

As I was looking at him walking I realised that a group of people headed his way probably to greet him and talk. Damn my food is going to take a while to come!

"Raichand did a score a beautiful wife" a comment from behind me made me turn around to see a man probably my husbands age approaching my table.

I got up to take his hand with a polite smile though his comment made me confused and irritated. What does he mean by score?!

"I am sorry do I know you?" I asked as I have a habit of forgetting people sometimes more so if I met them only once.

"You don't but I do. Actually everyone around you know who you are. Afterall you are the great 'Lucifer's' wife" he said smirking at me looking me up and down.

Woah! Who is this dude? I mean if it isn't for his scrutiny filled look and creepy vibes he could go into the most handsome men category.

"Umm..oh...who are you?" I asked not knowing what to ask as he keeps on looking at me with an odd stare. I am bouncing from one feet to another waiting and praying for Advaith to come quick.

"Raj Malhotra. CEO of Malhotra tech and your husband's biggest competitor" he said introducing himself and now I understand the animosity in his tone regarding my husband. Phew! God! Why these enemies now!? I am hungry!

"Oh okay.....I think you already know my name but I am Madira Raichand" I said stressing on my surname as I felt the need to.

"Since we already made acquaintances would you like to dance with me? I promise I am a much better dancer than your husband" he said giving out his hand to me.

Bitch what?

As I was about to give this dipshit a piece of my mind a voice interrupted me.

"Malhotra" my husband's deep baritone voice reached my ears and I immediately whirled around going into his arms as he wrapped an arm around me rather tightly.

"Raichand" This Malhotra guys face contorted into a sneer as he eyed my husband.

"I was just talking to your wife. She is sexy. Shame that she got married to you. If only she was mine I would..."

"Finishing that sentence will prove to be heavy for you Mr. Malhotra" Advaith said in a very calm manner yet you can hear the dangerous undertone.

Even I balled my fists at the audacity if this pig and wanted to give him a piece of my mind but I refrained and let my husband do the work.

Plus he looks very hot right now when he is all dangerous!

The man in front of us gulped at my husband's tone and gave me another look before disappearing.

Hmph! That's what bitch run!

And suddenly I was hauled out of the room to another private room which was very dimly lit and my mouth was attacked by my husband.

Advaith kissed me fiercely and this was nothing but wild. His lips were sucking the life out of mine and biting my lips roughly. His hands gripped my waist tight pulling me closer into him. We broke apart for air and I am pretty sure my lips are bruised right now. My husband though didn't stop and attacked my neck biting my soft spot eliciting a moan from me and I am sure that is going to form into a hickey.

He pulled away and put my hair strands away from my face as I gasped for air. His eyes darken looking at me and I let out a huff.

"That was hot! Were you jealous maybe?" I said smirking at him.

"Jealous of who? That puny! Nope! I was just enraged that every fucking male in that room was ogling you at you....at what's mine and I knew that if I was in that room another second I would kill each one of them. So I brought you here to calm down. You know only you have the power to calm me down" he said nonchalantly and I laughed at his words.

"You caveman!" I said combing his messed up hair neatly by my fingers. Not to go off track but I just want to mention my husband's hair is more silky than mine that I am jealous!

"Oh you haven't seen what a caveman I can be babygirl" Advaith muttered pulling me closer seductively.

I bit my lip and looked up at him through my hooded eyes "Then maybe just show me"

And as soon as the words slipped out he tightened his hold on me.

"Umhm....I will" saying that he dragged me out of the ball in anticipation of what's going to happen next.

Only I didn't knew it was going to be a long night!
