Episode 2 - 1: Back in Business

Doctor and W traded blows, a punch sent by the Doctor, and a kick sent W. Doctor slid back and heard a thud behind him and watched as W pressed a button on her remote. Doctor hopped out of the smoke of an explosion and over W, who followed him as he landed.

She pulled a pistol out in his face, but he reappeared behind her. She was prepared, and already held an assault rifle to his gut, firing prematurely. The Doctor was quicker and dashes around her again. W turned to find him, but didn't, not before a boot slammed into the back of her head.

She rolled forward and slid to her feet with a happy grin.

"Ahh~... what a nostalgic feeling!" She cheered. "Isn't it, Doctor? Amiya?" W asked the two. The two stayed silent, and that only made W laugh more. "I see... So that's what's going on. I remember now, Amiya." W said making her break.

"...What?" Amiya asked, a black swirl of Dark Matter in her hands. "I've already gotten what I came for. You can all go now. Shoo." W said waving them off, staring at the Doctor as he stayed in his crouched stance. "You...!"
Amiya said angered.

"W...?" A Reunion member questioned. "What? Do you lot want to stay here and die? That's perfectly fine by me. You're all feee to do as you please." W spat in annoyance. "...We're falling back. Let them go. Talulah's orders." The Reunion member told his comrades.

Amiya and the Doctor rose an eyebrow at how quick they were to flee, since W and the Doctor had only been fighting for four minutes.

"Forget it. Things get boring when they get dragged out too long. I hate being bored, all there is to it." W said with a shrug. "However, I do look forward to seeing you again, Amiya. You too... Doctor. Next time, I'll here the truth from you, Doctor." W said making said male even more confused. "Til then? Bye~!" W cooed making Doctor shudder and stand up straight. W and her troops left, making Doctor sigh and pat his fair that had a small flame on it from her explosives.

"What... Why is she doing this?" Amiya asked in just as confused as he. "Reunion... they've left. We've long missed the rendezvous time. Retreat back to Rhodes Island... immediately." Dobermann ordered. "I'll escort... the Operators in the back." Amiya said with a frown, doing her best to keep herself together. "Amiya..." Nearl called quietly. "I'm fine." Amiya replied. "...All right..." Nearl said with a frown and a nod.

The Doctor glanced at Amiya, unable to be of any assistance since he didn't have the same connection he once used to. He felt like only acquaintances. He didn't feel like he was the same person she knew, that anyone knew.

He wasn't the Doctor.

5:57 AM / Visibility: 17 km

Desert; 4 km from the outskirts of Lungmen

The Doctor was snoring as a small phone-like device rested on his face, sleeping in his dorm's bed, sprawled out, carefree as can be despite the events four days ago.

"Good Morning, Doctor. You have currently been sleeping for 99999999---99999999 hours. Although your reluctance to leave bed is not beyond reason, your presence is urgently need at the operations command room." The device notified. "Furthermore, here is some medical advice from Dr. Kal'tsit: Please keep the windows open to maintain a source of fresh air, and spend some time on the deck to maintain healthy levels of Vitamin D." The phone advised.

"No damn way this little shit just woke me up at 6 am for health advice..." The Doctor said lifting his upper body and glaring at the phone. "Who the hell is Dr. Kal'tsit?" The Doctor wondered as he rolled out of bed.
