Episode 5 - 2: Breakdown

"This is the place...?" The Doctor asked. "You want me to what?!" The Doctor shouted. "But then I'll break my arm!" He retorted. "The hell do you mean, you don't care?! I care!" He yelled back, the three and the L.G.D. standing outside a Reunion-ran mall. "Just fucking do it with minimal risk. Get to it!" Ch'en said pushing him forward.

"I want to see this..." Hoshiguma said with a smug smirk. "At least tell me you have someone to heal my injuries..." The Doctor said looking back at them nervously. "..." The two glanced back, and shrugged at each other, before nodding. "I'll handle the rest once you break in and steal their attention. So don't worry about it." Hoshiguma said patting his back.

"You know, that's much more reassuring than the prick to my righ—Ow!" The Doctor said with smirk, but was kicked forward. "Say that again, you bastard. I dare you." Ch'en spat with a glare.

"Oh, yeah? And what are you gonna do about it? Huh?" The Doctor smugly asked walking up to the automatic doors of the mall. "Keep talking and you'll find out." Ch'en replied gritting her teeth. "Big words for someone within," the Doctor charged power into his finger, and his screen beeped, flashing 72%. He jumped back, just a foot before Ch'en, and turned back towards the mall, flicking his finger with a boom. A second after the sonic boom, a gale of wind tore through the mall and shook the building, rumbling the entire structure and breaking all glass in the entire facility, the wind produced from the attack making Ch'en, Hoshiguma, and the L.G.D. cover their faces with their hand. "—flicking distance." The Doctor finished as his hair fell back over his forehead.

On queue, the L.G.D rushed forward and Hoshiguma charged with a laugh as well. Ch'en scoffed after awing at the power of a single flick, before walking past him.

"Yeah, yeah. That still stands. I'll kill you." She said before whipping her tail around and hitting his rear. "Ow! Did you just spank me?! What the fuck!" The Doctor shouted rubbing his behind as a medic tended to his mangled finger.

"...That was kinda hot." The Doctor mumbled, making the Medic healing him glance in confusion and disgust.

The Doctor walked in after two minutes of healing, and saw the destruction of the mall, save for his own. An expensive piano caught the most of his attention, it's keys resting under his feet as he walked up to Ch'en and Hoshiguma, the L.G.D. watching over the captured Reunion troops.

"That was easier than I expected. Really makes me more and more curious as to what happened in Chernobog." Hoshiguma said immediately using the Doctor's head as an armrest. "I dunno. Soon as I woke up. Running, fighting, more running, more fighting, didn't I mention running and fighting? More of that." The Doctor responded. "That's not what I meant..." Hoshiguma said with sigh. "Don't let your guard down. The very same could happen to us if not careful." Ch'en said sternly.

"You should know that I rarely close my eyes when I'm sleeping." Hoshiguma said with a smirk, making the Doctor look up in shock. "Really?" He asked. "Perhaps." She answered with a smile. "Ugh, I was trying to end the fighting as soon as possible, but we will ended up damaging so many shops." Hoshiguma commented seeing the wreck they made of the mall. "I'm afraid Mister Wei I'd going to end up footing the Bill again, especially because he's not fond of the lil' Miss' family in the first place." Hoshiguma said, before picking up an expensive looking necklace.

"Hey, it's Swarovski Crystal. Isn't this your favorite brand, Ch'en?" Hoshiguma asked. "Not really. The pendants are nice, but the earnings aren't that good." Ch'en said glancing at the necklace, before using her radio. "Squad B1, Ch'en here. Block the west entrance, and lower all the security gates." She ordered. "I rarely see you wear earrings." Hoshiguma said in thought. "Well, I'm usually in uniform because of work. The few outfits I do have are gathering cobwebs in my wardrobe." Ch'en replied.
