Angel was in his office again, opting to hide away instead of look for work after a morning of analyzing his blood's effects on Originium.

Talulah was yet to be dropped off at his office, seeing as she was held in quarters far from the residential floors of the rest of Rhodes Island.

Angel smiled brightly at the lack of noise and work, and took a deep breathe.

"Finall—"

"You thought you could escape me, Angel~!?" W shouted, kicking open his door, making him flinch and cough.

She leapt across his desk and he ducked down and rolled under.

"What the hell?! Who let you in here?!" Angel cried in disbelief. "I'm a changed woman... Not. Temporary partnership. Call me an operator..." W said sitting in his chair.

"What... where the hell's my say in this?" Angel complained. "You have none. Seeing as you don't have any recollection of who we once were, Loser." W teased, making Angel groan as he stood up.

"Please... I have about twenty minutes before Talulah drains me of all energy I built up overnight." Angel pleaded.

"Built up...? Can't you do that like, anytime?" W asked kicking her legs up onto the desk.

"I'm not authorized to activate my blood during the day since experiments are ongoing during 5 am to 6 pm." Angel said rubbing his nape.

"...I'm hearing you're vulnerable." W smirked.

Angel flicked his wrist forward, and a knife hidden under her skirt's frills flew into his hand.

"Not really. I've got a few tricks left..." Angel said with a careful stare. W's gaze grew sharper, growing irritated that he was still willing to fight.

"I'm not stupid. You don't know how to use a knife." W said slowly standing up.

"I've killed with blades before... Your choice if you wanna join the statistic." Angel shrugged.

Before the two could engage each other, Talulah arrived on the scene, handcuffs around her wrists.

"Oh... so you've also chosen the path of the righteous—" Talulah commented, but noticed W slowly pulling out another knife from her boot and Angel spinning his with a glare.

"Saved by the... dragon. You live another day... Angel..." W said with a glare, no longer in the more playful mood.

"..." Angel glanced back and Talulah was staring blankly at W, who sat back in his chair with a smug smirk, aimed right at her.

The tension between the two was much worse than with him, and Talulah looked like she was ready to risk it all the way her hands were twitching.

Angel sighed in relief, before Talulah held her wrists up to him.

"Unbind me and I'll exterminate this pest." She exclaimed. "No. I need to see if she's not lying..." the Doctor said taking out his phone.

Seconds later, he shrugged.

He tapped his finger against her handcuffs, sending a jolt to the electronic, making them open up. Talulah summoned a flame in her hand, but he shook his head.

"Not today..." He said before heading to the door.

"Where ya' headed?" W asked with interest.

"Apparently, I've been 'cooped up in here and avoiding social interaction with my comrades'... and I'm supposed to show Talulah around and let others know she's no a threat in doing so." Angel informed, trying his best to mock Kal'tsit.
