Dear Diary,
Today was a pretty fun day. I woke up at 6, and couldn't get back to sleep because I was too excited. So I got up and got ready for school.
At school so many people wished me a happy birthday. It was really nice. In Science my sister went up to Mr. Scinton and told him that it was my birthday. The whole class ended up singing happy birthday to me. I never know what to do while people are singing it. I always just sit or stand there awkwardly and then thank them when they're done.
After school I went over to Syd's and hung out with him, Miek and Mae until piano.
After piano, I got home thinking I would have to clean the basement for my party tomorrow. But when I walked in the door, Rob and Pam jumped out and wished me Happy Birthday. After that we ate, had cake and then played some games.
I've got to say my birthday wasn't half bad this year!
Good night Diary,
~ Joy
