My Not So Normal Life (Book 1)

Back To School

Dear Diary,
Sorry I haven't written in a week. I've been busy, and school was back on this week.
This week of school has been so horrible. I have midterms in two weeks. The only one I'm scared for is Social. That's the only that I have to take a PAT on this semester, and my teacher told us that no one has ever gotten a hundred percent on this test for the last twenty years that he has taught.
The first half of today was like going through heck. I woke up late, but I still had to shower. On my way out the door I looked at my hair in the mirror, and it was super frizzy, and half straight. I ran to the bathroom and grabbed an elastic and a couple of bobby pins to do my hair on the way to school. Since we were a little late, Lynne was barely speeding, and she got pulled over a block away from our house. She knew it was going to take a while till the police officer was done, so I had to run all the way to our High School. My first period class was band. My teacher was not impressed that I was late. Halfway through class I realized I forgot my medication at home.
Earlier this week I hurt myself overdoing it with my dad. So my legs were sore, and I had bruises all the way done my sides. On top of that, it was "that time of the month".
For the rest of the day I was pissed off, and done with school.
When I got home, I expected Scott and David to run and give me a hug, but they were too busy watching tv.
For the first little while after school was over I watched tv, ate food, and waited for Brooke to text me back about our plans.
At around 2:30ish I went with Brooke and Syd's family to the gymnastics gym. We played around in there for three hours. When I first got there Brooke told me that she had forgotten to tell Ellen that she invited me. So Ellen was surprised when I showed up. I felt bad at first, and thought I should go home. But Ellen told me she didn't mind that I was there.
The original plan, was they were going to the gym for Jace and Syke's (Syd's older brother) birthday. But Jace didn't want to go, and that's why it was fine that I was there.
After the gym, I got a ride home, and then I went with Lynne to her best friends house.
We all made sushi for an hour, and ate a lot of it. It was my first time having sushi, and I loved it! After making sushi, we did face masks, and then Lynne's two best guy friends came over to hang with us. We were going to watch a movie, but I'm in this stupid seminary challenge thing, and this week we can only watch G rated shows. It really, really sucks! I'm glad I only have two more days left. All I've been watching all week, is Disney shows.
My dad came and picked just me up, because Lynne is staying the night, and I have to get up early tomorrow morning to go to a Lethbridge.
When I got home I watched The Emperor's New Groove.
