Another week has passed.  It Sunday night. I have been working at the hospital for three days straight I only go home for 30 mins to pick up caleb from the daycare and take him to Victoria's home. She has showed me trust and I know she can take care of caleb when I can't.  I just hate leaving him.

"Hey diondra, take a 20 min break come back at 0300 (3:00 am) sharp." Stacy said. I walked to our changing room.  For some reason I need to run.  Yes I'm crazy it like 2:40 in the morning but I need some fresh air. I change into yoga pants and a t-shirt with a black jacket and matching running shoes. I leave everything except my phone and my watch.  I walk out the back door and run into the woods...

Me and lyon have been checking the perimeter . we have been getting weird feelings lately. Lyon was most on edge telling me he could be wrong.  Truth is I'm hoping he is right. 'I smell mate' scar was right I smelled the scent of mint coming from the woods. I gave a loud growel that made everyone stop. "Lyon you go with team one and scout the boundary lines for rouges. I will go into the woods." He nodded and they all bursted into their wolf and ran . "team two , go into town see if you can catch some weird smells or anything that does not seem right. Mind link lyon and if its something urgent mind link me!" Team two left. Team one had fifteen wolfs team two had almost twenty.  I turned to look at my six special guards "you go to Lyons house stay close . my ma- my friends  son caleb is with her and her child.  Protect them with your own life." I paused as I walked closer to them "if any one of them gets one hair out of place I will skin you and then kill you! Am I clear!" The all nodded their head and ran off. 'Let's go see what is in the woods' I felt my wolf starting to take over. As I ran through into the woods.

Ten more minutes. My watch said. I felt as if I could keep running. Then I came to a stop

Where exactly was I

I looked around to see if I could see the hospital.  I only saw trees and nothing more. 

why did I have to run?

I took out my phone and no signal. I began to walk and noticed the woods dead silent. I was starting to freak out. I walked past some trees and came to a stop as I saw a girl "oh hey I'm kinda lost can you-" I stopped to see five wolfs eating at a girls body. By the looks of it she was already dead and they have been eating  for a good while now .

My hand shot to my mouth to stiffle a scream, I nearly tripped and fell backwards trying to scramble away.

One of the wolfs snapped his head up and looked at me with crimson tinged eyes. He let out a low growl that made every hair on my body stand straight up.
