3rd Pov

Maria: Perhaps now is not yet the time?

Clause looks at Hilda and then walks away from the door.

Hilda: I did not run away.

Clause: Then prove it.

(Y/n) look at Clause, then Hilda. He thought about it for a moment and followed Clause.

Hilda: I... am...

She turns around and looks at the door in fear. She walk in front of the door and slowly looks at Clause and everyone else. She turns her head back to the door.

Hilda: I am...

She raised her hand and puts it on the door.

Hilda: ...I am enchanted with a spell that prohibits me from opening-

[Scanning user's sanctuary access...]

Before she would move her hand away, the scanning was complete.

[Access confirmed. Deactivating defense...]

Her eyes widen as her mouth slowly opens in shock from what just happened moments ago.

Hilda: But... this place was inaccessible to me...

Clause: Hilda... You knew it deep down... It isn't true. You already knew this.

Flashback

Don't come back to the sanctuary.

Hilda: My king... Please... let me in...

The knights grabs Hilda and drags her out as she cries out for her king. The king looks at her with a smile, leaving her in shock until the door slowly closes.

Flashback Ends

Hilda: I...

(Y/n): You wished to enter this place more than anyone were hurt upon hearing your king telling you not to come back. Then you closed the door to your heart.

Maria: So it was of the mind...

Hilda: Commandment...

She pulls her hand away from the door and onto her chest. She leans her head on the door and closed her eyes.

Hilda: My king... Please... Please answer me...

Clause: You have open this place yourself. No can open it for you.

Hilda: ... That... M-My king... Please... answer me... I... I tried it tens and thousands of times already!!!!

Clause extends his hands in front of her.

Clause: Then it shouldn't be hard to try it one more time...

She jerks her head upwards and shouts in rage.

Hilda: I don't need-

As she sees his hand, it stopped her words from coming out of her mouth. She looks at Maria and Morrah.

Hilda: ... Both of them already knew...

She looks back at the door.

Hilda: That I need to move forward... Not everyone else, but I...

Clause: It's not your fault that you stopped, but you stopped and ran away. That's different. You can collapse and fret all you want, but nothing will change. It doesn't matter how hard you wish for it to become true... Resolutions won't change anything. You cannot save anybody with just that...

He looks at the sky.

Clause: The ones dear to you, or even yourself...

Maria: ...
