Sorry, another small chapter

Tam didn't know what to make of the arrangements. Having Biana with him was a good- a really good- thing but he had been separated from Linh. He just hoped she would be safe. After all, she had Sophie with her.

Team Percy had to go to the lost cities. That meant the elves were in charge of showing the demigods around. Percy and Annabeth seemed fine but Leo's personality reminded Tam a little too much about Keefe.

"So, shall we go?" Biana asked.

"Yep", Annabeth said. "Can't wait to see the place you live."

Biana pulled out her home crystal. She turned to Tam. "Everglen?" she asked.

Tam nodded. Starting with the Vackers seemed like a good idea.

They formed a loose circle with Tam holding Percy's and Biana's hands. And no, he definitely wasn't feeling giddy because of the teal-eyed elf holding his hand.

"I want you all to concentrate", Biana warned the demigods. "Or this could be dangerous."

"Puh- lease. We eat dangerous for breakfast, lunch and dinner", Leo said, rolling his eyes. Yep, Tam wasn't liking Leo much.

Biana closed her eyes and he did the same. They let the light of the crystal sweep them away.

"Oh. My. Gods", was the first thing Tam heard once they were outside the enormous gates of Everglen. It was Annabeth who spoke. The three demigods looked awestruck, their eyes fixated on the huge palace-like structure behind the gate.

"Do your king and queen live here or something?" Percy asked without shifting his gaze.

Biana frowned. "No. This is my house." All three heads whipped to Biana and six wide pairs of eyes looked at her like she had grown an extra arm. Biana's frown deepened as she asked, "Is there a problem?"

"Well, no. But we little demigods aren't used to these palaces", Leo said. He turned to Everglen. "Wish I could be an elf."

"What power do you have?" Tam asked Leo, realizing he hadn't said what it was before.

"This", Leo said. His hand burst into fire and Biana let out a small yelp. Tam resisted the urge to wrap an arm around her.

"Pyrokinesis", she whispered.

"Do not do that in front of any elves", Tam warned, knowing full well what others might think of Leo's fire powers.

Leo put out the fire. "Why not?"

"Just- don't."

"Hey, there's dad", Biana prompted.

Tam looked at the gates- which were now wide open- and in place of them stood a young, handsome elf. Alden Vacker.

Alden smiled kindly. "New friends of yours Biana?" he asked, looking at Percy, Annabeth and Leo.

"Something like that", Biana replied. "Can we come in? There are some things we have to... discuss."

"Of course", Alden gestured for them to come inside.

As Tam followed Biana and Alden toward the huge structure in front of them with the demigods at his heels, he couldn't help but feel anxious on what was to come. This Greek stuff was gibberish to him. But he knew that the demigods had gone through some quite unpleasant things. And with the Greek, Roman and Norse worlds allying with the Neverseen, what was going to happen?
