" Hey... Suman... !!! Look at these flowers.. they're so  vibrant...!!!"

Suman didn't give her ears to Mathi ,  one of her friends. Mathi was wondering with the garland of mixed beautiful flowers..

" These colours are bright . Look at the way they have been arranged to a garland.. it's amazing .!. is it not Suman..??"

Mathi sniffed the fragrance of the flowers and shrunk her forehead as Suman didn't say anything..  she shifted her eyes at Suman..

Suman was sitting on the window ledge . Her eyes were glued at the jasmine vine that had crawled over the wall  from the ground to the anthapura.. She didn't even wink but was widely awaken..

It was the growing evening at  Mt.Meru. The sky was clear with different hues of blue..  Although , the stars were less and the moon was waxing to crescent , the area was brightly lit with the diya of the oil lamps..

" Mathi... She's not listening to you..."

The other friend who was playing the Veena said with a mischievous smile..

Mathi kept the garland beside  and looked suman keenly..

" Suman...
Are you not feeling well ?! "

Mathi called her and touched  her shoulders as she wasn't responding..

Suman came out of her dream world in a jerk..

" Mathi... It's the love sick...!!"

The other friend said sarcastic..

Suman moved a bit and she leaned against the wall.. Her eyes now wandered over the sky ..

" Uffff... What's wrong with you?"

Mathi questioned unaware of Suman's mind..

" Nothing.." Suman replied in a word and continued to stare at the stars..

" Mathi... Do you know the medicine for this disease ? We have to leave them alone!! Just like how we have left Satpati ji and suman alone..!!"

Wild laugh rose around Suman.. she was aware about what they're talking about ..

She hid her pinkish face from them by looking at the ground.

Involuntarily  , her hands touched her wound that was wrapped with a  piece of cloth..

Her lips curled up to a cheerful smile , to recall how she was given treatment for the wound..
