"Yes mum, i'll take care," James said exasperatedly, glancing back at the express.

"Alright now Mia, let the boy go," Fleamont said with a chuckle, and Euphemia let go of James, who immediately ran towards the express.

"I LOVE YOU MUM AND-" James started, looking back, but immediately bumped into a random student.

"Shit, sorry," he said, lending a hand towards her, and she grabbed it eagerly.

"Hi, I'm Josie," she said with a slight giggle, pushing her hair back, blushing vigorously.

"Nice to meet you, Josie," James replied with a smirk, kissing her hand. She giggled loudly in response.

"OY POTTER, STOP FLIRTING AND COME IN!" Remus yelled from inside the train, and James jogged upto him, turning back to wink one last time at the blond girl who was still watching him intently.

"She's the vice president of your fan club mate," Sirius said once the four boys were settled into the carriage, taking a sip of his soda.

"Who? That blond, Josie?" James asked the black haired boy, running a hand through his hair.

"Yeah," he started, taking another sip. "I sat at one of their meetings. It was the most entertaining shit. 'Oh, did you look at his hair' and 'His eyes, oh his eyes', ".

Remus and Peter chuckled at this and James just grinned in return.

The carriage door flew open at that exact moment.

"Have you seen her?" Robert Wood asked the four. Everyone knew who he was talking about. Audrey. The expressions of all the four boys suddenly turned cold, as they glared at him with scowls.

"What do you want, Wood?" Peter spat out.

"Have you seen Audrey?" The boy asked again, taken aback by the Pettigrew's boldness.

"Oh, so after not talking to her for weeks, not answering her letters, basically being an immature asshole, you decide to make up all of a sudden?" Remus asked, his anger Wood suddenly pouring out.

"I think our relationship is none of your business Lupin," Robert answered venomously.

"Considering that I care about her, I think it very much is my business," he shot back, standing up from his seat.

"Just tell me where she is," he asked yet again, not breaking his glare with Remus.

"Go find her yourself you bloody git," Sirius said, glaring with such intensity, that Wood had to look away.
Robert scoffed and walked out, slamming the door, and Remus sat back down.

"God I hate that prick," James breathed out. There were a lot of things that the four shared. One of them being their protectiveness over the Potter girl. And they would die before they let a boy hurt her.

"Aud? Can we talk?" a brunette boy asked the blond who was sitting alone on the sofa in the Gryffindor Common Room. It had been a week since school had resumed, and despite Robert's countless tries to talk to the Potter, he had been unsuccessful. Sometimes it was the four boys who seemed intent on keeping the pair away from each other, and sometimes it was Lily or Marlene, them having the same goal as the guys. They two groups had been with her every minute of the day, keeping her away from Wood.

The girl's eyes flicked upwards at the sound, and she turned back to see Robert standing with his hands stiffed in the pockets of his red and black flannel pyjamas, the glow of the fire lighting up his face.

"Really? So after all this time, now, you want to talk?" Audrey asked with her eyebrows raised. Robert gulped gulitily, and made his way towards the couch.

"I'm really sorry Aud. I was being immature, and rude, and an asshole, and I'm so sorry," he said, not breaking eye contact with the girl. He reached out to her, holding her hands in his gently as he gazed into her eyes. Audrey hesitated. She wanted to forgive the boy, she wanted to kiss him after weeks of not being with him, but there was something stopping her. Something in her gut, telling her to go to someone else. To leave the brunette. To go to the Black who was lying awake in his dorm thinking about the Potter girl.

But she didn't.

She leaned in and pulled Robert into a kiss. His hands went on her thighs, and hers wrapped around his neck.

Her lips weren't the only ones who had been on his that day.

cliffhanger babes.

also, I rewrote like 4 chapters , that's why this didn't come out sooner. the story hasn't changed in them, they're just written better, cause I've learnt to write a lot better, the more I've read and practiced.

anyways, on a more serious note, the views are really not matching up with the votes, cause I can see a solid 30 something people coming to read the chapters immediately, but they aren't voting, which really just brings me down, and it doesn't motivate me at all. so, if you like the story, then please, please, please vote and comment. interaction just makes me so happy.

what do you guys wanna see? I will alter the story to try to add some stuff that you guys want. constructive criticism is always highly highly appreciated and welcomed, I'm trying always trying to improve.

alright, that's was long.

please stay safe, and take care of yourself. xx
