Bucky and Rose arrived at the meetup point, only to be bagged by Agent Morse and some new guy. They drove for what felt like hours until reaching the base and being brought in. The bags on their heads were removed when they walked in, allowing the two to walk to Coulson's office independently.
"Did you really need to have us bagged for five hours?" asked Rose, "I was expecting a much warmer welcome."
She smiled at Coulson before they shared a quick hug. The room grew awkwardly silent as Coulson and Bucky looked between one another."Right, so Skye will fill you guys in on everything, get you caught up," starts Coulson, "But you'll need to brief quickly, we have to leave in an hour."
With that, Coulson gave Skye the floor and went to prep the rest of the team. Skye launched into her presentation, focusing her attention on Rose, avoiding the man with the metal arm beside her.
They all hate me, Bucky mentions through the mind link.
Well until a month ago you were a brainwashed assassin, it'll take some time, jokes Rose, pulling his attention back towards the information.
Daniel Whitehall, Hydra's newest head, had collected the device Hydra called the Diviner, which had been used on Rose in 1945. The device is able to trigger some sort of event, though they didn't know what event seeing as Rose had passed out and Ward had never seen it. Coulson had been drawing glyphs after finding out about the T.A.H.I.T.I project had injected him with something. Skye figured out that it was a map, and had determined the location to be some time of city after they tracked down a former agent, who had murdered others who were in the project before. Ward had escaped custody during a prison transport from SHIELD to his brother, Senator Ward. Whitehall's second in command, a man named Bachi, had also been brought into SHIELD custody.
"What information do you have on Whitehall?" asked Rose once she noticed Skye was finishing up.
"From Gemma's work, we found out that the object has to be in a specific location to activate and change someone," says Skye, "So why was it different with you Rose?"
Rose sat and thought about the question. She assumed she was in Germany still when she was captured, she had to have been. It would have taken a significant amount of work to transport her across the globe and back, plus the guards only spoke German.
"Have you ruled out Germany and its surrounding areas as the site of this thing?" Rose asked, avoiding the other question.
"Honestly, we have no idea," responds Skye.
"I have no idea why it did what it did," responded Rose, "I'm assuming the element's abilities came from it, seeing as I remember the experiments with the Tesseract and the serum, and what those caused. I can tell you that the elemental properties are incredibly weak like the process hadn't been able to fully complete. But I can guarantee I never left Germany during that time period."
"Boarding up, let's roll Skye," called Coulson into the room, causing the conversation to fall short.

Rose assumed she and Bucky would be going into the field, but they were left behind to process the SSR reports after Bobbi had worn Bachi down with her charm.
"I found the original 0-8-4 report signed by Agent Carter herself," says Gemma, handing the file over to May and Rose.
"Anything on Red Skull?" asked May, looking at the folder.
"Did you hear what I said?" asked an exasperated Gemma. Despite the younger Carter being present, many female agents in SHIELD looked up to Peggy for all her work, Gemma included. May gave the girl a pointed look, causing Gemma to continue, "Nothing about the Red Skull, but a lot about one of his officers, a Werner Reinhart."
