Nether Adventure #3: Basalt Delta

Y/N POV
It's been 3 hours of searching for that Basalt Delta. My feet are tired, my head is spinning and its so fucking hot in here, even for me. I usually like the heat but this, this is scorching hot! Even Dream took off his hood, revealing his dirty blonde hair. You look at the map. We were still surrounded by red blocks. You sighed.
"Can we take a break please?" Dream whined, very unlikely of him. "If you guys want to be there at-"
"We can take break. But only for 5-10 minutes." You cut her off, putting the map away.
"Oh thank god!" Dream sighed in relief. You all find a safe place to rest and settled in mining a small cave in a wall. You all sit down. You laid your head against the wall and closed your eyes.
Three hours of searching but no luck. There's something wrong about this. Everywhere we go is the same. No soul sand valley, no warped forest, it was always netherrack everywhere we go. It was like it was repeating the places everywhere we go. Something was wrong, something is messing with the world. Like-
"Something's wrong about the world." Amber blurted out. "I noticed there was something off about the layout. We should've arrived at Delta already but we're still looking for it. Something is messing with the world-And its not from the nether."
You take the map out. It was still the same, red blocks even a mile away. Then it hit you. Your eyes widen.
"Y/n? Are you alright?" You stand up "It's not something, it's someone. Amber is right someone is messing with the world. And I think I know who it is."
"Who? That spirit you were talking about?" Dream asked, you nod. "She's messing with the world causing the map to show it. Its all an illusion. What we're seeing in the map isn't real."
"So that means we could've passed the Delta ages ago. But if it was an illusion, you guys would've seen it already. You guys are wearing the necklaces." She said pointing at your necklaces. She's right. We should've seen it already but we didn't. You hold up your wrist, and take off the glove. Your head was spinning but you ignored it. Your mark was faded gray now.
"I'm not. It's just good to see that I have a chance." She said pointing at your gloved faded mark.
"Y/n?" You put the glove back on and took off your mask revealing the mark to them "Is the mark on my cheek still black?" You asked pointing at the mark.
"Yeah it is. Why?" you put the mask back on. "Nothing-nothing important. Let's just search again maybe this time we'll have luck." You said and you all went and go find that Basalt Delta.
Whatever Alea meant by that, It already starting.

"There!" Dream pointed. You all look at what he's pointing. It was the Basalt Delta, you guys found it.
"Finally!" Amber exclaimed. You smile and headed to it. You stop at the 'entrance' if that's what you want call it. The block there were colored ash and gray. There were huge and I mean HUGE magma cubes and several pigman everywhere. It was hella an experience.
"We just have to find the entrance right?" Amber asked "Yeah and look for the key." You said. You look at Dream, he nods and steps in the new biome. You and Amber follow him. You were good at many things but parkour and jumping on one thing to another isn't your thing. So this will be hard.
You jump but it cut short making you miss the jump. You curse but Dream caught you before you fell "Be more careful princess or you end up roasted." He said pulling you up "Thanks Dreamie, and will do." You said but immediately pulled him down as a Ghast shoots its fireballs at you. You hit it back to it but dodges then you felt a hot thing push you forward but Dream holds you to not fall.
"Shit." He mumbles and shoots the Ghast with arrows while you try to land a hit on the magma cube. Amber steps in and helps you but got busy fighting another one. You were launched up in the air along with Dream because of a fireball. Luckily you both land on blocks and not the lava. But the one you landed on a magma block. You winced and immediately got off that block. Your clothes were torn by now.
"Y/n! Are you okay!" Dream rushed to you, limping. "I'm fine, let's go and get that fucking key." You said grabbing your sword and pulled him.
