After all this time, fate was ready to play checkmate on her patience.

Four years has almost passed by without a single disturbance; may be one or two sweet smells in the school have tried to tempt the monster inside Sun but she had been able to discard it anyway.

But then, this happened. In the last semester.

When Sun thought that she will be able to get over the graduation without trouble like she had done two times previously, the boy shattered her mindset like house of cards.

While riding the bus on a daily basis, it has become a routine for Sun to obsessively think over that particular human who destroyed her composure and how to just get over the day with being in the same room with him for 6-7 hours.

"I have brought mom's special sandwiches today!"

"I owe you my life Reb." Sun exclaimed, surprising herself.

"Who are you and what have you done to my Sun?"

"What?"

"You just acted nice!"

"Fuck you!"

Rebecca just giggled and changed the song that was plying in their shared earphones.

"So, I would now like to call for volunteers." Miss Johnson placed the notice paper on her desk and took the seat.

"Ma'am, why are we training outside this year?" Someone asked.

"We have been able to overcome the resource problems this year and the principal has decided to conduct your training modules from outside the school. There are trainers already arranged and you all will get a chance to compete with students from other schools too. This sports event will be a perfect opportunity to expand that field. Am I understood?"

"Yes ma'am!"

"Now volunteers come along."

Josh and Kyle, leaders of the class basketball team came forward and put their names. Not to her surprise, Rebecca stepped forward too with some other people but it amused to completely how confident Kim Taehyung was to volunteer as an event manager when it has only been a mere week of his arrival here.

"Ooohh!" Rebecca and a few other girls exclaimed, "I like that attitude!" "So confident!" "I know right!"

Sun couldn't help but smirk a little. This guy is a surprise.

Although there has been a very little interaction between them after the incident that day, Sun had kept her hawk-eyes on him and learned a few things about him.

One, he doesn't fake when he smiles or behaves sweetly.
Two, there is a savage side of him gently kept hidden inside the sweet demeanor.
Three, he is obsessed with turtle necks.
And four, the glasses are only for protection from UV.

The bell rang, pulling Sun out of her head space.

"All right people, we will meet you at the ground in the second half. Pay your fragile attention in the next classes!" Miss Johnson walked out, without disappointing the students with her stick-up-in-ass.

"This is going to be fun!" Phil hovered on them from behind.

"At least we get to have one semester not shoving our noses in textbook." Rebecca replied. "Hey Sun, why didn't you volunteer?"
